Repairing of Undercarriage Assembly (right side) of Drill Machine Sl. No. RDC1266 of Bokaro OCP, B&K Area, including all material, labour, tools & tackles and plant all complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge Scope of Work "Location of work (On-site and Off-site): Dismantling, inspection, fitment, alignment and testing shall be carried out at Bokaro OCP. Machining, manufacturing and reclamation works may be carried out at the contractor's workshop as per requirement." "Duration of work: The entire work shall be completed within 04 (Four) days from the date of issuance of Work Order and handing over of the machine/components." "Equipment Covered: Drill Machine Sl. No. RDC1266 Undercarriage Assembly " "• Dismantling of undercarriage assembly of Drill Machine Sl. No. RDC1266. • Cleaning and inspection of all dismantled undercarriage components. • Assessment of wear, cracks, elongation and dimensional deviations of all components. • Machining of sprocket shafts on lathe machine to restore original dimensions. • Machining of sprocket housing bores as per required tolerances. • Machining of idler bores for fitment of new bushes. • Gouging and removal of damaged/worn-out metal portions wherever required. • Welding and reclamation of worn-out surfaces to restore serviceability. • Manufacturing of new GM bushes for sprocket shaft assemblies. • Press fitting of GM bushes in sprocket housings. • Manufacturing and fitment of new GM washers. Manufacturing and fitment of chain adjusting bolts with square head. • Manufacturing of new GM bushes for idler assemblies. • Press fitting and fitment of idler GM bushes. • Supply and fitment of new floating seals. Reassembly of all repaired and reconditioned undercarriage components. • Alignment of sprocket, idler and associated undercarriage components.• Adjustment of chain tension and operational clearances as per OEM standards. • Functional testing of complete undercarriage assembly after repair. • Maintenance of proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the work site. • Transportation of components to and from the contractor's workshop, wherever required. • Ensuring quality workmanship and dimensional accuracy of all repaired and manufactured components. • Successful completion of fitment, alignment, testing and commissioning to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. " Crane (12T) will be departmentally provided.
