Dismantling of wall tiles at any floor of the building, laid in cement mortar including scraping of cement plaster and disposal of malba at a suitable place within a distance of 100 Mtrs of the complex complete in all Respect.

Dismantling of floor tiles at any floor of the building, laid in cement mortar including dismantling of cement concrete base and disposal of malba at a suitable place within adistance of 100 Mtrs of the complex complete in all respect.

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil, exclusive of compensation of earth:- (a) Kassi work undressed involving an average horizontal throw up to 2.0 metres and an average vertical lift up to 0.5 metres including breaking of clods.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg /sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

(B) For 110mm o/d pipes (ix) P Trap/Floor Trap 110mm x 110mm

Providing, laying in trenches to correct gradient and alignment and jointing of UPVC pipes having ISI specification IS:15328-2003 class-SN-8 marked make Supreme, Finolex, Kissan, Jain, Prince or equivalent good on them and laying the same in trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting and jointing, testing for water tightness and making good the leakages and defects including cost of specials (Specials and Solvent should be of same make as that of pipes) complete in all respects (a) 110mm o/d pipe

Providing, Laying , fixing & jointing of P.V.C. Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing complete as per specifications. (ii) 75mm o/d pipe of 10 Kgf. / sqcm

Earth filling a (i) Earth filling under floors with surplus ordinary soil or soil containing gravel or kankar upto 40% excavated from outside the building plinth in 15 cm layers including ramming, watering and consolidating lead upto 30 metres

Providing and fixing in position Chinaware Indian Orisa water closet size 580x440 mm of approved make (to the approval of the Engineer-in-charge) complete in all respect

Cement concrete 1:8:16 (a) With brick ballast 32mm / 40mm gauge (i)mixing by manual means

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Glosy /Highly Gloss finish/ Highlighter/emboss conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 200 x 300 mm, 100x200mm, 200x200mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete white cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading.

Providing and fixing PVC Cistern 10 Ltr. Capacity ISI marked IS 7231:1994( size 32.5x47.6x15.5 cm) of approved make(to the approval of the Engineer-in-charge) including PVC fittings complete.
