P.C.C work of M15 grade with 40mm clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M-15 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips including hoisting and laying graded mixed in concrete mixtures including cost of all materials, machineries and labour and placing of mixed concrete with all leads, lifts, delifts upto 1.5m height above average ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash Brick masonary in cement mortar ( 1:6 )using Bricks of size 10"x5"x3" having crushing strength between 100 Kg/Cm2 to 149 Kg/Cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Superstructure and for ornamental flower beds plinth moulding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections flooring moulding corbelling, champhering watering and curing etc.including cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labouir with T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Rigid and smooth centering, shuttering including all cost, conveyance, taxes, royalty dismantling after specified period and removing the debris after completion of works clear off the work site etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in approns & revetments with hard granite stones 30 cm & above size including cost of allmaterials, labour charges, labour cess ,royality, taxes, & all T&P materials etc complete as per specification & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying & fixing of 60mm thick Cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks made in M-30 grade of approved make design & colour and sizemade by block making machinewith proper compaction laid in required pattern etc complete in all respect confirming to IRC SP-63:2018.including cost of all materials, all leads, all lifts and delifts, scaffolding, taxes, labour charges, T&P, royalities, hire and running charges of all mechanical equipments, labour cess and all costs incidental to the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

'Fixing Chequered tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including watering for curing including cost of all materials, conveyance, rubbing and polishing royalities, labour charges, labour cess, taxes, leads, lifts, delifts and all T&P materials etc as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Grouting approns and revetment 23cm deep with cement concrete (1:4:8) with 2.5cm broken granite metal including cost of allmaterials, labour charges, labour cess ,royality, taxes, & all T&P materials etc complete as per specification & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
