Labour charges for removing existing stair case wiring, UG cable Laid from tower top to Bottom, switch boxes, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings, Panel board in Service room, Junction Box, removing of solar panel and its structures etc in LH tower and the same may be handed over to Lighthouse in charges

Shifting of 2V/600AH, 12 Nos. tall tubular Batteries and Battery stand from Service room of tower to store room and the same may be shifted again to new service room after construction.

Shifting of automation panel by disconnecting its cables, and shifted to store room and the same may be shifted to new service room after construction by extending the cables, PVC pipes etc.

Removing of existing copper tape of size 3mm x 25mm provided to Lightning arrester laid from tower top to bottom, LED flasher light equipment with its GI structure, and keep at Lighthouse store.

Charges for core cutting of 100mm x 150mm width at each landing in the staircase, with an approximate depth of 300mm, for the installation of 12.2x32mm mini trunking for staircase lighting and 50x50mm cable management to accommodate a double run of 2-core x 6sq.mm underground cable from the tower bottom to the top.

Supply of 50x50mm UPVC cable management, each with a length of 2 meters, suitable for carrying a double run of 2-core x 6 sq.mm underground (UG) cable from the tower bottom to the top ,and for solar works

Additional charges for making on trench for laying UG cables as the lighthouse is located in a coastal area, it is challenging to dig for cable laying to the collapsing sand, dewatering requirements, and other associated difficulties.

Labour charges for fixing 50x50mm cable trunking from the tower bottom to the top through core-cut holes, using 8x35mm stainless steel (SS) screws and washers at 2-foot intervals, ensuring secure mounting on the lighthouse tower wall. The rate includes the high-risk job of installing the 50x50mm cable trunking, laying a double run of 2-core x 6 sq.mm underground (UG) cable, properly securing the UG cable with 18 SWG bare copper wire, and closing the 50x50mm cable trunking.

Labour charges for fixing 12.5x32mm mini cable trunking from the tower bottom to the top through core-cut holes, and all round balcony at top of Lighthouse and bottom of Lighthouse using 8x35mm stainless steel (SS) screws and washers at 2-foot intervals, ensuring secure mounting on the lighthouse tower wall using flat Tee, end cap. The rate includes the high-risk job of installing the 12.5x 32mm mini cable trunking, laying a 1.5sq.mm x 2core wire, 2.5 x 3core wire and closing the 12.5x32mm cable trunking.

Additional charges for making an earth pit. As the lighthouse is located in a coastal area, it is challenging to dig for pipe earthing due to the collapsing sand, dewatering requirements, and other associated difficulties

Supply and fixing of 4 way 25mm x 3mm x 165mm copper bus bar on surface with accessories such as insulator, SS bolts etc for connecting parallel of two Nos. of plate earthings.

Supply of Early Streamer Emission (ESE) Lightning conductor suitable to fix on the top of the 21M height lighthouse tower protection level -III. Equipped with Stainless central pickup rod. Full electrical continuity between the tip and the earth point. Fully autonomous (no battery, no external power supply required) Collect energy through streamer emission controlled with detects the lightning and trigger a streamer The ESE shall cover the area of approximately 80 mtrs. Radius. Manufactured as per CPRI Requirements & amp; as per Indian standard. The lightning conductor shall withstand maximum current of limp- ≥200kA.

The Lightning arrester mast (Total Height: 6 Mtrs) of for Helios / Helios Bolt used for Cemented Flat surface Installation with Circular Base Plate having main Pipe of GI length 5000mm with Outer diameter as 60mm & Thickness as 4.5 mm. Top pipe of length 1000mm having outer diameter as 48 mm and thickness as 3.2 mm is connected via flange joint with main pipe. Top pipe goes 250mm inside main pipe through flange joint for better stability. Bottom Plate of diameter 220 mm & having thickness as 10 mm is welded directly with the pipe to form a single piece without any joint for stability at bottom. Gusset Plates are welded as a supporting feature between bottom plate and main pipe. The Bottom Plate is furnished with 4 nos of 16mm Holes for securing the mast on the Cemented flat surface. Made of material is G.I; At top of mast insulation is provided from lightning Arrester via Derlyn Mast Coupler (MC); The total height of mast is 6000mm. Necessary provisions shall be provided for stay wire termination. The pole shall withstand salty atmosphere and wind speed of 150km/hr.

Supply of 25mm heat shirnkable sleeve (tube) for covering the down conductor 25mm x3mm copper tape.
