M & L for taking down stator assembly of alternator by disconnecting electrically and mechanically taking to work shop for rewinding incl removing burnt coils, insulating material complete cleaning with CTC and rewinding with same gauge ISI marked winding wire complete with ISI marked insulating paper and Dr Beck varnish baking / heating and bringing back to installatin refixing , connecting elecrtically and mechanically and testing on completion of work complete all as directed for DG set of capacity 200 KVA/ 125 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 73 TO 144: - (i) The contractor shall have MOU for providing service and material with OEM of DG Set of Make : M/s ThyssenKrupp. (ii) Thetenderer shall have to replace the unserviceable materials within the OEM materials only. Necessary paid vouchers shall be submitted from OEM for the materials like ARD, drive etc. Contractor is responsible for renewal of licence fee. The charges for Annual Government inspection is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) The work will be carried out under authorised dealer for comprehensive maintenance of DG Set all as specified in BOQ

M&L for locating fault in LT/HT (1.1/11 KV grade) underground cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. Excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 400 Sqmm 3.5 core/ 300 sq mm 3 core. The fault locating equipment will be brought to site with 02 hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.
