Construction Of Passengers Bus Shelters in Karadipatty Village & Karadipatty Panchayat in Thirupparankundram Block under MPLADS 24-25 Rs. 7.00 lacs

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth,earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Filling excavating Earth work and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay,stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders using for side wall

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix usin 40 mm HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing , laying,curing etc complete.,

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position inild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate. The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

R Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement one and half sand and three machine broken stone) using 20 mm ISS gauge machine broken HBG metal for RCC works excluding cost and (abrication otreinforcement and centerning shuttering charges but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clampsin the RCC floor or Roof wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls sides and bottom of slab, beam etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claming extra etc as directed by the departmental Officers complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary support for plance surface in Foundation Basement and Roof sllabs struting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces for floors for RCC column footings columns plinth beam and connecterd with foundations grade beams, raft slabs stair case steps, bed blocks, critical pier, etc beams roof slabs, using mild steelsheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 gouge stiffened, welded with steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of 10 cm size x 6.5 cms size spaced at abour 90 cms center to center and supported cauanna props of 10 cm to 13 cms spaced at 75 cms to center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed (SI - 155)

Brick work in cement Mortor 1:5 (One cement and live sand) using II class Bricks for the following including mixing mortar and all other labour charges etc complete Above basement

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:3 mix 10 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone M.Sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers

Terrace flooring with one coarce of new machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2 cm using Cm 1:3 with water proofing compound 2% weight of cement used and the joints pointed with same morter etc complete.

Paving the floor with vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 8 mm of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of CM 1:3, 20mm Tk and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per the colour & quality of tiles should be got approved.

Dadoing the walls with new Glazed tiles of size 150 x150 x6 mm laid in CM 1:2 ,10 mm thick and pointig with white cement using 0.40 Kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat ,inculding through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc. complete and inculding necessary plasterof paris , putty whereever required .
