M & L HT Lightning Arrestor Metal Oxide Type (Gap less) heavy duty single pole suitable for system voltage of 12 KV and working rated arrestor voltage 9 KV with normal discharge current of 10 KA all as per IEC 99.4 effectively earthed complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, erecting and fixing Pressed concrete poles11 meter long 152x 152 at top and 152 x260mm at bottom class 9 complete as specified including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, black & white strips up to 1.5mtr height from top of PCC coping and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PCC and earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

M & L for Anti climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS Bar round type incuding nuts bolts washer and weilding to two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L stay assembly complete with 20mm dia, 2100mm long stay rod with threaded ends and GI nuts, two numbers thimbles MS clamps made out of 40mm x 6mm flat iron including MS nuts bolts and washers 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS stay plate, stay bow of size 40 cm long 16 mm dia, loop type insulator including painting the exposed MS work with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown in electrical plate No 1 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, concrete work, loop type insulators, stay strand, clamps shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L galvanised stay strand, size 7/ 4mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for jaw blade male & female made of bronze / brass metal suitable for GO switch 200 Amps, 11000 volts, including nut, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium coductor steel reinforced for overhead lines on poles including aluminium binding wire 14 SWG , jumpers , line tapes etc complete all as specifed of size weasel and mink complete all as specified and directed. Note :- For payment purpose weight of ACSR codutor shall be considered.

Supply and fixing continues earth wire 4 mm dia galvnised steel wire including galvinised mild steel binding wire 14 SWGcomplete all as specified and directed. Note:- For payment purposed wt of 4 mm dia galvinised wire only shall be taken and clamps, hooks shall be mesasued and paid sepreately.

Supply and fixing Pin type insulator porcelain viterous white brown or green incl one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nuts 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Disc type composite polymeric insulators, 11000 volts grade, 45 KN, with tension clamps, bolts, nuts etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of post insulator porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green suitable for Gang operated Air brake switch 11000 volts including mild steel spindle, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Loop type insulator porcelain viterous white or brown, for HT stay large size with overall dimensions 65 x 140mm, clearance hole 20mm for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MS Cross arms , bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending, cold or hot, drilling holes or bolt in any shape or size including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Unexposed surface shall be given one coat of primer only.

Supply and fixing for Danger notice plate for HT of 25 cm x 20 cm x 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones and wtitten as "DANGER" in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of MS flat 25 mm x 3mm , including nuts & bolts, including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing switch Air break Gang Operated Switch outdoor type HT 11 KV triple poles 400 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechnically operating from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame operating rod made out of 25 mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangment with 12 inuslators with drop out fuses complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Clamps/cross arms shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, fixing and testing & Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armored aluminum cable of size 95 sqm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 16 here-in before but of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core

Supply, fixing and testing after jointing Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor type termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminum cable of size 95 sqm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18 here-in before but of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core

Supply, fixing and testing after jointing HT cable joint push on type, terminal protector type suitable for 11 KV earthed system of size 300 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 21 here-in before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches compete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab 25 to 35 cm in width of 80 cm long laid dry abutting each other for protection to under ground cable compete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC work (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of electric pole, etc. including necessary form work and fare finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc. compete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC work (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of stay / coping of poles including necessary form work and fare finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc. compete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying jointing and testing under ground XLPE insulated, screwed, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade earthed system of size 95 Sqmm 3 core confirming to IS laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipesor along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring hole under the road / pavement / hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for inserting GI pipe of size 100/80 mm not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately in respective items

Supply and fixing galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked 100 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under floor complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete for transformer/ VCB Panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm in and including GI pipe 50mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm(top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 25mm thick with 2 nos MS handles of 12mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified.

All as per item Srl. Item No. 33 above but for G.O. Switch (Devices) & high tening arrestor earthing using GI wire of 4 mm dia as earth lead in 15 mm bore protection pipe and galvanised earth plate of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm as earth electrode compete all as specified and directed.

S & F 32 mm x 6 mm aluminum strip as earth continuity conductor including fixing from test point to equipement complete including taking down strip compete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of old painted surface of PCC HT poles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black & white strips of 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and numbering of poles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down/ out burnt / unsv HT cable off sizes including disconnecting all electrical connections, excavation, return filling etc compete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old broken HT PCC poles carefully and including breaking of PCC making good the disturbed surface compete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cross arms, channels, angle iron, clamps, nut, bolts, stay wire, stay assembly, GI wire, anti climbing devices, danger notice boards etc complete all as speicified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down burnt Jaw balde male, female of GO switch from existing GO switch on HT poles compete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down GO switch off size including insulators, operating mechanism etc complete from any position compete all as specified and directed.

Taking down insulators off size & type compete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old rusted GI pipe of any size from pole / trench compete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down existing ACSR conductor of any size by opening the binding wire from HT / LT electric poles compete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT connections of transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA, taking down from site of installation with the help of crane and shifting the transformer to trade/contractor’s workshop for repair, re-installing (after carrying out repair), testing and commissioning the transformers at site on full load complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Crane and vehicle for taking down, loading/unloading & shifting of transformer shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2. Repair to transformer shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in-after.

All as per description of serial item No.45 here-in-before but of capacity varying from 100 KVA to 200 KVA completed all as specified and directed.

Opening up the top cover, dismantling and taking out the complete core assembly of the 11/0.433 KV including taking out existing power / transformer oil from transformer & store properly for refilling after repair transformers of capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA for repair and taking out the burnt coils, cleaning and making good surface for rewinding complete, rewinding the same with existing size and type of conductor/wire for coils/limb of HT/LT including internal cleaning, removing sludge, washing and applying one coat of zinc chromate paint to inner side of the transformer body and one coat of synthetic enamel Grey paint to the external surfaces after cleaning and removing oil spot from the body, re-assembling including replacement of HT/LT coils, defective core, bushing, tap changing switch, gaskets, insulators, pouring of filtered/dehydrated oil, replacement of worn out bolts nuts, washers, if any and making the transformer leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of serial item No. 49 here-in-before but of capacity 160 KVA to 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 49 TO 51:- Spare parts like steel laminated core, HT/LT coils, HT/LT bushing, cork sheet, tap changing switch and extra quantity of insulating oil required for topping up shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in-after.

Supply & fix new copper wire wound coils for HT winding of transformers with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge to match with the working capacity of transformer and all as per manufacturer’s design and specification including providing Class-E insulation and fixing HT coils in position and connecting electrically in core assembly of 50 KVA to 315 KVA transformers complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of vaccum circuit breaker 11 KV by taking shut down and disconnecting electrical connections, removing of dust with blower, cleaning of all movable/ in-movable parts, checking all components, insulators/ studs with megger and replacing unserviceable parts, adjusting the male / female bushings in proper spacing, greasing all parts, tightening nuts and bolts, reconnecting all electrical connections, testing, commissioning of VCB compete all as specified and directed.
