Taking down carefully old unserviceable UG cable of any size from the trenches/wall/pole and keeping aside for reuse and remove the unservicable cable from site after affording credit depending on its serviceability state including removal of brick/PCC cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete including taking out old unserviceable cable for 25 sqmm 4 core. Note: [i] Earth work, excavation sand cusioning, bricks for protection, GI pipe etc shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule [iI] Old retrived LT cable found in serviceable condition from taking out shall be re-use/relay in the work

Material and labour for MCCB 3 pole, 415 volts ,25 to 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA,with thermal magnetic release, with adjustable setting 80% to 100%, Ics=100% ICU, fixing to the existing panel board matching with the existing slots, including any alteration required and with extention links properly connected to the busbar, including disconnecting the incoming/outgoing cable connections and re-connecting with suitable aluminum lugs/ferruls etc. after taking out the existing unserviceable and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

All as per Item No.10 herein before but for 125 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts ,100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA, with thermal magnetic release, with adjustable setting 80% to 100%, Ics=100% ICU, fixing to the existing panel board matching with the existing slots, including any alteration required and with extention links properly connected to the busbar, including disconnecting the incoming/outgoing cable connections and re-connecting with suitable aluminum lugs/ferruls etc. after taking out the existing unserviceable and making good the disturbed surface for following capacity.

Material and labour for servicing to indoor/outdoor LT panel board, opening up all cubical doors, cleaning with air blower, removing the burnt out unserviceable instruments, copper wiring kit, and burnt out unserviceable extended copper terminals/ copper cable and replacing with new copper extended terminal bus bar with suitable size along with required nut bolt, washers, and replacing the measuring instruments like Ammeter with existing size of the CT, Volt meter, indicating lamps of LED type 'R Y B' cleaning with CTC to serviceable parts like MCCB's, all terminals, replacement of damaged aluminum lugs any description of LT U/G cables in coming and out going, replacement of deterioated copper wiring with suitable copper conductor with circuit indicator replacement of sheared rubber beadings to door of panels, including preparing the existing surface for spray painting to powder coated surface with two coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved colour, marking of incoming and out going feeder with fluorecent stickers incl preparation of the surface of panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair Volt meter digital type 0-500 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair Ammeter digital type suitable to 0 - 100 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair Aluminum lugs suitable for 25 sqmm to 50 sqmm cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair Aluminum lugs suitable for 70 sqmm to 150 sqmm cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair Sheared rubber gasket suitable to LT panel board any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair Indicator lamp LED type 'RYB' complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing 'Light' grade 80 mm bore with all fittings for cable protection fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads crossing etc and made good the disturbed surfaces/area complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade on exposed surfaces of LT panel boards including writing / marking feeders all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm and 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth strip 32mmx6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 32mmx6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete all as per plate No 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Dismantling rusted / defective LT panel doors /canopy and M&L for new LT panel doors of size all as per existing with 2 mm / 3.15 mm thickness MS sheet, hinges, locking arrangement etc complete including replacement of neoprene gasket and painting with a coat of of red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
