M&L for Brick work including work in small patches for repair around the hinges of steel doors, closing holes in brick work in 3/4 storey bldgs for eaves filling/filling existing holes in masonry and similar works or any other kind of brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, incl demolition of unservicable brick work available on site, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete Type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of concrete in ground floor, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for plain Cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed blocks to hold holdfast of steel doors, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolition of unserviceable concrete in any position, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in CM (1:4) finished fair & even, complete all as specified and directed.
