NS Item Repair of Horizontal, Slip-ring, Non slip-ring & pumping sets consisting mainly of motor, pump, ACBs, electrical control panel, starter, cable and all accessories like sluice valves, non-return valves specials etc. including all appurtenances inside premises & making record at BS Gurugram complete in all respects and all other works contingent thereto. (For Boosting Station at Sector 16)

NS Item Repair of accessories, repair / leakage of sluice valve/ non return valve, Air-Valve, repair of specials , electrical & mechanical components ,etc. at the premises of Boosting Station & in ZONE-II of Master water supply scheme of GMDA, Gurgugram as per DNIT. (For Boosting Station at Sector 16)

NS Item Repair and maintenance of HT/LT installations, DG sets, VCBs, ACB, Conductor, XPLE cable, GO Switch, electric poles, insulators etc. from DHBVN Meter to unit of BS complete in all respects (For Boosting Station at Sector 16)

NS Item Dehydration of transformer oil as per specification mentioned in the manual of operation and maintenance as per DNIT. (For Boosting Station at Sector 16) 4000 Ltrs ONCE IN 5 YEAR.

NS Item Refilling of transformer oil of required grade as per manufacturer’s manual as and when required. (For Boosting Station at Sector 16) 400 Ltrs for TOP-UP ONCE IN 5 YEARS

NS Item Repair and maintenance of Electrical fittings such as mast light, Electrical fans, Flood light, tube light etc. within boundary of water works from 0 to 1 BHP within boundary wall of water works. (For Boosting Station at Sector 16) 33 Bhp per month, For 60 Months

NS Item Repairing of leakaged socketted joints & specials of CI/DI pipeline including excavation of earth dewatering/bailing out pipeline water, execution of work and all other T&P required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the engineer-In-Charge. The contractor shall repair the leakage within 8 Hr. after telephonic message or SMS conveyed to him (without pig lead, which will be paid extra as per actual consumption). (For Boosting Station at Sector 16)

NS Item Repairing of leakage of burst CI/ DI pipe line with new Pipe (pipe to be Supplied by Dept.) by fixing mechanical joint collar as per IS Standared including excavation of earth dewatering/bailing out pipe line water, execution of work and all other T&P complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The contractor shall repair the leakage within 8 Hr. after telephonic message or SMS conveyed to him. (For Boosting Station at Sector 16)

NS Item Disconnection of Illegal/unauthorized connections or defaulters (unpaid bills of Water Supply) including plugging of connection pipeline,labour, socket pipe, JCB/hydra, Dewatering pump etc. in Gurugram complete in all respect as per complete satisfaction of Engineer in Charge and all other works contingent thereto. (All Sizes of connections). (For Boosting Station Sector 16)

NS Item Manpower for Running Operations , complete job as a whole per month with required manpower as per list , at BS 16

Part B-II (Non-Schedule Items- Boosting Station Sector-51)
