Taking down old unsv submersible pump set 7.5 KW/HP capacity, 7 stage, 3 phase KSB from bore well, repair/rewinding motor by super enamelled copper wire with existing size, insulation and varnishing complete, replace wornout ball bearing and items as required and refitting complete in all respect, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv booster pump 05 HP capacity, 3 phase from UG sump from existing connected pipe line, dismantling existing motor/pump, rewinding motor by supper enamelled copper wire with existing size, insulation and varnishing complete, replace wornout ball bearing and refitting the repaired booster pump on pipe line, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out 80 mm bore sluice valves repairing, refacing, regrinding, replacement of gland packing and refixing back to its original position including repacking of stuffing box of sluice valve spindle complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of DG Set including Alternator AMF Panel for routine check up of the engine for the smooth functioning and carrying out the checks complete as per the manufactures instructions all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for 15 KVA DG Sets installations. (a) Every 200 hours/Six month whichever is earlier (b) Repeat the 'A' Checks (c) Service the oil bath type air cleaner (d) Replace the engine main lub oil filter element & sealing ring (e) Grease the water pump bearing (f) Clean the button filter (g) Replace the Air filter (h) Replace the filter element (Oil filter, fuel filter etc) complete. (j) Replace the lubricant oil (IC engine for Gen set application). Old oil should be drained out after warming the engine. (Use MIL-L 2104C mono-grade oils only/15W40 overlain cummins/equivalent) (k) Replace the engine and turbocharger lubricant oil filter element (l) Check oil level in the fuel pump and top up if required (m) Drain radiator after warming the engine, change the water (n) Knock out soot from the exhaust silencer (o) Check and tighten all fasteners to the specified torque (p) Check the tighten all hose connection check and tighten all lubricant and fuel connection.

Servicing of radiator assembly complete for cleaning after draining out cooling water/coolant, spaces cleaning the inter coller and replace unserviceable rubber hose pipes, circlip clamps, cleaning of raditor mix with appropriate cleaning agent, de-scaling by means of scale solvent as well as neutralising agent to arrest leakages by means of brazing etc including replacement of coolant for the capacity of DG Set 15 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of lead acid battery 75 Amp, 12 Volt, complete all as specified and directed. Make : EXIDE/AMCO or equivalent of higher cost.

Repair and servicing of 15 KVA Engine Kirlosker type RB 66/Cummins turbocharger assembly and replacing the service kit and reassembling testing complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of self starter assembly of DG Set 24/12 Volts of 15 KVA capacity by disconnecting the self starter assembly from the engine and dismantling cleaning all accessories, replacing worn out parts like carbon brushes contact plates jumping levels etc and rewinding the fields coil and warnishing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of Automatic voltage regulator (AVR) suitable for DG Set 15 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe, trenches or ducts,commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened and PVC sheathed armoured electric power LT cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core for working voltage upto including 1100 volts confirming to IS - 7098 (Part-I) 1988, including taking down existing cable, complete all as specified and directed.
