Excavation work in Hard rock (blasting prohibited) by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including laying, compacting, curing with materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) reinforced cement concrete - All work up to plinth level including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement etc complete as directed by engineer in charge

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, including cost of centering, shuttering and finishing etc complete as directed by engineer in charge

Supply, fabrication, hoisting and placing in position HYSD reinforcement bars (TATA/ Jindal/ SAIL) conforming to IS 1786 - Latest Edition Grade FE 415 as per detailed drawing and specifications including cutting, bending and tying with 18 SWG binding wire complete for all heights and depths as directed etc. complete including supply of all labours, tools, materials etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Construction of coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including supply of all labour, materials, tools etc complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete in coping with 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as required or as directed including supply of all materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of broken glass pieces on top of the compound wall / Coping with cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) and finishing etc. complete including supply of all labours, materials, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Main Gate with G.I. Pipe ‘C’ class and M.S. flats & plates of size 3.70 m x 2.00 m (as per drawing no. B/4040 design) or as directed including cost of fabrication, transportation, fixing in position, fixing the rails etc. including supply of all labours, tools, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing, Supplying and fixing of Lighthouse/ Department name board in black granite plate of size 90 cm x 120 cm (3' x 4') with engraving letters (in three languages - Local language of state, Hindi and English) of approved size with golden colour in granite plate as per drawing no. B/3006 and as directed, including cost of all materials, Tools & Plants, labour charges, fixed in position and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing, Supplying and fixing Department emblem in granite plate of size 90 cm x 120 cm (3' x 4') engraving the emblem and letters of approved size with golden colour in granite plate as per drawing no. B/3005 and as directed, including cost of all materials, Tools & Plants, labour charges, fixed in position and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with 1st quality Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (Asian/ Snowcem/ Berger) on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) at all heights to give an even shade etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content including supply of all materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromatic on steel / iron works having VOC content less than 250 grams/ litre)

Painting with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand (Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar ) to give an even shade and colour after scarping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning, washing the surface etc. including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
