M&L servicing of Hot Water Generator outlet by cleaning accumulated soot smoke in exhaust chimney, outlet pipe line etc., removal of carbon by scraping out and washing with scalent and acid/kerosene oil etc. and removing of carbon waste carbonized materials and disposal of fume waste after every 500 hrs of operation including re-assembling all the dismantled component to its original position ensuring smooth functioning of chimney, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling oil fired hot water generator/boiler of 4 Lakh K.Cal/hour capacity any model or make by unscrewing and removal of boiler side/end plates, taking out burner, CHS control panel, cleaning drum and hot water coil with scalent de-carbonizing, scraping out carbon, dirt accumulated in drum and across coil, overhauling, servicing including re-assembling all the dismantled component to its original position with testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 2 above, but of capacity 2 Lakh K.Cal/hour.

All as per Srl item No 2 above, but of capacity 0.5 Lakh K.Cal/hour.

S&F heat tracing cable (heating element) suitable for hot water supply pipe line, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting and taking up/down CHS pump set of 3 to 7.5 HP of any type from foundation and transporting to authorized workshop, carry out repairs such as replacement of pump bearing and overhauling including replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like 'O' rings, oil seal, shaft bush, gland packing, casing ring, gasket packing and greasing, welding, metaling, turning, polishing, lathe work etc. along with replacement of major components/spares as per manufacturer's instruction and testing after repairing and reconnecting at site including re-commissioning and testing to ensure efficient and smooth functioning to achieve desired discharge of pump set etc. complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Defective major components/spares if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply of high carbon steel pump shaft as per existing shaft sample.

Supply of stainless steel ball bearing as per existing sample.

Supply of impeller with impeller key as per existing sample.
