G.I fabricated out door type kenopy cable jointing box inside fitted 6 nos 100 Amp rated bus bar and hingage type front door and painted powder coated anticorrosive paint as per IP 55 as per direction

Internal electrification of pump house wiring with 1.1 KV grade single core PVC insulated stranded Copper wire 2 X 1.5 sq. mm wire in 25 mm PVC casing capping incl. S&F 1 X 14 SWG Copper E.C.C with suitable switch board incl. S&F 5A Piano Key type switch and other necessary materials consisting of 1 nos Fan point, 1nos bucket holder point, 5 Amp 5pin one socket, 2 nos 20watt LED tube set point, Seperate board incl. 16A switch & socket. (Rate is including 1no 9W LED light, 2 nos. 20W LED tube set)

Supply ,delivery and fitting fixing of 63Amp 415 V Four Pole MCCB of Breaking capacity 35kA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic / adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting in existing DBs / enclosure and necessary connection Make – Havells / Standard/Other Approved make

Supply , delivery and fitting fixing of 20/30 protection, pwder coated provision for housing Four pole (4P) MCCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish/ on flat iron frame incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment Standard ( SKB8)

Supply delivery and fitting fixing of 230 volt sweep AC ceiling fan with ball bearing complete with all accessories such as blade, canopy, fork, down rod etc 1200mm dia blade (Make Havelles/Poler/Bajaj)

Making double earthing arrangement in compliance with IE rules by G.I. pipe electrode of 50 mm. dia 3 mtr. Long 2 Nos for panel and pumping machinery 20 mm. x 3 mm. G.I. earth strips from earth pit to panel and all other accessories required to complete the work.

PART-B Installation of above Supplyed items vide Sl-(1-16) in part-A including cost of construction of foundation of chlorine machine, Valve support, out door light by the 40 mm dia G.I Arm, fabrication of M.S Structure, grouting, cost of welding, fitting fixing of new valves, and connecting to main delivery line througth underground pipe laying etc including supplying of all necessary metarials viz rubber gasket, nut & bolts, rubber mat of suitaible size & thikness including painting by synthetic enamel paint at part of rising main,valves etc after removing of old paint by scrapping & cleaning to complete the jobs in all respect as per tecnical specification and as per direction of E.I.C

Commissioning the MCC, Chlorine machine along with other electrical equipments to ensure performance of the equipments in running satisfactorily as per direction of E.I.C.

Trial Operation of pumping machinery, through PLC / Automatic panel also operation of Chlorinator etc. including operation of rising main valve if required and guarding of installation by engaging experience personnel for supplying drinking water as per direction of E.I.C.
