Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling course in foundation for walls, footing floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer in charge all as per specification.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts and all elevations, precast units of various patterns and sizes, Reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone including weight batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & molds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying cast insitu reinforced cement concrete of M30 Grade of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weight batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed laces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid separately) all as per specification and shown in drawings and as directed by EIC for all insitu item. Note: The rate shall be quoted on the basis of use of 370kg of cement per Cubic metre of concrete. Note: - 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from EIC be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in schedule F. (M30 grade with 370Kg. of cement per cu.m of concrete for all floors).

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platform etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attain the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all material and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position Steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'Sail or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia. in all reinforcement cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: the rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. for further details please see clause 11 of section viii. Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed stone sand and using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC at all lifts.

Providing Flush Pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying of coping for RR masonry with 40mm thick Indian patent stone flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and making 75-100mm depth,15mm thick beading with cement mortar 1:5, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing Brick work at all lift with well burnt stock bricks using C.M 1:6 using crushed stone sand at all level including all tools, scaffolding, racking out joints, curing complete all as per drawings, specification and as direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For basement and Ground Floor)

Providing and constructing Brick work at all lift with well burnt stock bricks using C.M 1:6 using crushed stone sand at all level including all tools, scaffolding, racking out joints, curing complete all as per drawings, specification and as direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For First Floor)

Providing and construction brick masonry using well burnt stock bricks in CM 1:6 upto 230mm thick & plastering the external faces of brick work/ concrete on both side at all elevation in CM 1:5, 15mm thick including curing, forming grooves wherever required all as directed by EIC.

Providing and constructing at all lifts and floors 115mm thick Brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt stock bricks including placing 2 nos. 8mm dia. rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, raking out joints on both faces, curing etc. complete all as per drawings, specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Plastering to the external surfaces of Brick work/concrete at all elevations in C.M 1:5, 15mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tools, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary complete all as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and crushed stone sand including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel works such as grills, gratings and other structural members using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square section etc., including chamfering and rounding the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer/ zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint/ synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete as per specifications, drawing and as direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Lifting device arrangement if any requied also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with 50m lead all as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain cement concrete by manual by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc., complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually/ by mechanical means, including cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system of (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Supply of OPC 43 grade cement bags of Penna, Dalmia, Ultratech or from other approved manufacturer as directed Engineer-in-charge for minor repairing works.

Supply of Fly ash brick size 230x110x70mm with water absorption not more than 20 percent by mass compliant with IS Code 3495 from approved quarry as directed Engineer-in-charge for minor repairing works.

Supply of Manufactured sand (M-sand) with sieve range 150microns to 4.75mm compliant with IS Code 383:1970 for construction & laying of brick works, PCC & RCC respectively from approved quarry manufacturer as directed Engineer-in-charge for minor repairing works.

Supply of Plastering sand (P-sand) with sieve range 150microns to 2.36mm compliant with IS Code 383:1970 for construction & laying of brick works, PCC & RCC respectively from approved quarry manufacturer as directed Engineer-in-charge for minor repairing works.

Supply of Coarse aggregate with sieve size 20mm of irregular & angular shapes compliant with IS Code 383:1970 for laying of PCC & RCC from approved quarry manufacturer as directed Engineer-in-charge for minor repairing works.
