Repairing of 33 KV and 11 KV Cable Faults and Overhauling of Breaker, Panel and Switchyard in Magh Mela 2022.

Following maintenance works are to be carried out for permanent U/G 33 KV cable for feeding substations of Magh Mela 2021-22.

Locating fault using fault locator machine

Digging and filling soil on fault location.

Jointing of cable using cable jointing kit. boxes (3x300sq. mm S/T) (Cable Box provided by the department.)

Making Jointing kits of 33 KV 3X300 Outdoor/Indoor Box. (Cable Box provided by the department.)

Following maintenance works are to be carried out of permanent U/G 11KV cable and substations of Mela feeders in Magh Mela Area.

Locating fault using fault locator machine.

Digging and filling soil on fault location.

Jointing of cable using cable jointing kit, boxes (3x185sq.mm S/T). (Cable Box provided by the department.)

Making Jointing kits of 11 KV 3X185 Outdoor/Indoor Box. (Cable Box provided by the department.)

Following maintenance works are to be carried out of permanent 33/11KV S/S which is feeding supply in Magh Mela area during Magh Mela 2021-22.

Overhaulling and maintenance 11kv breakers /trolley, cleaning, oiling, greasing & cheking of trippings system.

Overhaulling and maintenance of 33kv breakers/panels, oiling, greasing, cleaning of tripping system.

Overhaulling and maintenance of 33kv Isolator, 33kv VCB in 33/11kv s/s switchyard.

Overhaulling and maintenance of 33kv Bas bar , cleaning, tightining of loose jumpars, oiling, greasing of all type contacts in 33/11kv switchyards.

Lighting of 33/11kv s/s, control room & switch yard proprly with LED light.

Overhaulling and maintenance of CT & PT in 33/11kv s/s switchyard.

Top up of Transformer oil in power transformer at 33/11kv s/s. T/F oil provided by department.

Maintenance & repair of s/s control room, Building, including, painting & sand filling in cable trench of control room.

Shifting of 11kv feeder for regrouping as per requirement from one switch gear to another switch gear and from one DP to another nearest DPs as per requirement.
