Zonal maintenance of carpentry works for BSNL buildings and staff quarters in the jurisdiction of civil sub-division II, Jaipur. (Yr 26-27-I)

Attending all day to day maintenance complaints of carpentry works complete excluding the cost of materials but including cost of washers, nails, clamps, screws ,drill machine,bit etc and for all lead & lift etc as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The material required for maintenance shall be arranged at site by the agency and will be paid separately. For the purpose of attending day to day complaints, one assistant carpentor should be available daily and one log book has to be maintained by the staff of contractor duly verified by SDO/JTO(Civil) on daily basis as a proof of attending complaints. (One job will be defined / consists execution of all above items for all required / working days in a month). Cost of all T&P like washers, nails, clamps, screws,feviquick ,fevicol,drill machine,bit etc ladder etc for attending the work, shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid separately.The material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor at site and paid under sub head of "supply of material " of the agreement.

Engaging helper for attending day to day maintenance jobs for /carpentry & all other works related to day to day maintenance. (One job will be defined/ consists execution of all items for the working days as & when required on call basis). All T&P like washers, nails, clamps, screws,feviquick ,fevicol,drill machine,bit etc ladder etc for attending the work, shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid separately.The material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor at site and paid under sub head of "supply of material " of the agreement.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding, panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood/hard wood.

Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to40 mm thick :

Ply wood 5 ply, 9 mm thick :

Decorative plywood one side decorative veneer and commercial veneer on other face (Type 1) conforming to IS1328 BWR Type

Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4 mm wide aperture with matching wood beading

Providing wood work in frames of doors/Windows and, clear story window other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including cost of all nails, screws etc but exluding labour cost for fixing.
