M & L for disconnecting carefully and dismantling the Submersible sewage pump set cleaning replacing of unserviceable parts such as gun metal bushes, rubber packing, MS Nut, Bolts, rubber coupling (spider), Air valve and worn out parts etc and reassembling, re-installing commissioning and testing for satisfactory running complete all as specified and as directed for Non clog, submersible sewage pump set connected with Motor of 5 HP capacity.Also, M & L for overhauling of motor unit, 3 phase, 415 volts by dismantling and opening completely, cleaning internal parts thoroughly, replacing unserviceable minor parts like nut bolts, washers, terminal plate, cable lugs, greasing including insulating materials, varnishing, heating, reassembling reinstalling and testing complete all as specified and as directed for Motor of Non clog, submersible sewage pump set 5 HP capacity :- Note :- Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only". Cost of transportation for to and fro of pump set to worshop and back is included in quoted rates.

M & L for rewinding electric motor by dismantling from cable connection pump set and foundation, dismantling complete motor removing all parts thoroughly removing burnt copper wire and replacing unserviceable parts such as ball bearing etc with new one and rewinding motor 3 phase 415 with same gauge, same No of turns of super enamel copper wire including E class insulating material, varnishing, heating etc re-installing and testing etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for Motor of Non clog, submersible sewage pump set of 5 HP capacity:- Note :- Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for minor unserviceable parts as mentioned/ required for repairs. All other major spares as specified hereinafter will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only". Cost of transportation for to and fro of motor set to worshop and back is included in quoted rates.

Removal of old filter media and pebbles from filter bed of plant and depositing within 50 m distance for diposal all as directed.

Cleaning of Inner Surface of Chamber by removing sticky particles from walls, floor by scraping with sand paper till all the surfaces are totally cleaned the solution of hydrogen peroxide in the ratio 1:100 can be utilised for cleaning the surfaces. applying one coat of white wash finally prior to load the filter media all as directed.

M & L for laying fresh supporting quartzs gravels size varing from 10mm to 15mm in filter beds all as shown and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for Overhauling of incinerator unit at INS Shivaji comprising of the following repairs:- (a) General srevicing of Eco flame burner-02 nos (b) Decarbonize the flame chute using long brushes, special scrubbers and remove the carbon deposits and deposit the carbon deposits away from the incinerator. (c) Replace the unserviceable sequence controller complete with new one -01 No (d) Replace the unserviceable transformer with new one - 01 No (e) Repair the cracked incinerator waste storage belly using fire bricks and cement mortar to the existing shape. (f) Remove and desilt the diesel tank and re-fix the same after removing all dust/foreign particles. (g) Clean the fuel Jet for free flow of fuel complete.

Painting to boiler chimneys with aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed.

Painting to 01 Nos incinerator with one coat of existing colour all as specified and directed.

Supply ,install, testing and commissioning of burner model max oil 20 P TL D(ON-off) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix refractory material, lining of refractory material and replacement of furnace bed of incinerator all as speciifed and directed.
