Applying one or more coats of the thinable cement primer of approved brand manufacture on walls surface, complete job including stagging, sand papepring and cleaning the surface etc

Painting with Acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on walls, two or more coats incl. sand papering, Staging etc complete

Preparation of surface by way of Sand papering/applying acrylic putty knife greying etc complete job including Stagging

Providing and applying textured exterior paint/ apex exterior emulsion paint of required shade, on old work (two or more coats) on existing cement surfaces applied @ 3.28 Ltr/10 SQM)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade, Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 liters/10sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing of gyp board false ceiling Saint gobain comprising of 9 mm thick (595x 595 mm )size of dtile of dew drop texture with PVC fillers on face side and Aluminium foil back side fests including providing and fixing of GI framework ceiling suspension gypro comprising of GI wall system, angle mair tee, X-tee, powder coated on face side. The job includes cost of round mugs, level chips, soffits cleats, nuts & bolts, screws complete job

Removal / cleaning of unhygeinic materials (so classified by the Site Engineer) from the designated site & its disposal as per directions all inclusive like using suitalable chemicals for the cleaning etc complete.
