Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of DG Sets 1 x 320KVA at Sub Station No 5, 1 x 100KVA at Security Survelliance System and all connected HT/LT electrical equipment mintenance at Sub Station including replacement of burnt out fuses, servicing/operation of 2/4 pole structures, GOD's, operation of VCBs, LBS, transformers, LT panels including switches, ACBs, MCCBs, change over switches, power factor panels, attending and rectifying fault/breakdown in HT/LT electrical system, maintenance of Sub Station earthing system, maintenance of batteries and battery charger including filling of distilled water in the batteries, servicing and decarbonising of LT panels during short circuit/faults etc., complete by providing One FGM per shift of 8 hours for Three shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and all Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 above but 1 x 750KVA DG Set at DMT Sub Station by providing One FGM per shift of 08 hours for One shift in a day on all days except Sundays and Holidays.

All as per item No 01 above but 1 x 320KVA DG Set at HTCC/Carbon Carbon division Sub Station by providing One FGM per shift of 08 hours for One shift in a day on all days except Sundays and Holidays.

All as per item No 01 above but 1 x 500KVA DG Set at Sub Station No 2 and 1 x 500KVA DG Set Sub Station No 3 by providing One FGM per shift of 08 hours for One shift in a day on all days except Sundays and Holidays.

All as per item No 01 above but 1 x 320KVA DG Set at K-15 Sub Station and 1 x 160KVA DG Set 0207 by providing One FGM per shift of 08 hours for One shift in a day on all days except Sundays and Holidays.

All as per item No 01 above but 1 x 1010KVA DG Set at PETF Sub Station by providing One FGM per shift of 08 hours for Two shifts in a day on all days except Sundays and Holidays.

All as per item No 01 above but 1 x 500KVA DG Set at CSL Sub Station by providing One FGM per shift of 08 hours for One shift in a day on all days except Sundays and Holidays.

All as per item No 01 above but 2 x 500KVA DG Set at Sub Station No 8 and 1 x 100KVA DG Set at Sub Station No 8A by providing One FGM per shift of 08 hours for Three shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays.

All as per item No 01 above but 1 x 320KVA DG Set at Sub Station No 1 and 1 x 320KVA & 1 x 437.5KVA DG Set at Sub Station No 1A by providing One FGM per shift of 08 hours for One shift in a day on all days except Sundays and Holidays.

All as per item No 01 above but 1 x 750KVA DG Set at Sub Station No 4 and 1 x 500KVA DG Set at Sub Station No 4A by providing One FGM per shift of 08 hours for Three shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays.

All as per item No 01 above but 1 x 250KVA DG Set at RF Sheild Sub Station by providing One FGM per shift of 08 hours for One shift in a day on all days except Sundays and Holidays.

Notes for the serial item No 1 to 11: Diesel will be issued to the contractor under Schedule 'B' by the department free for running the DG set.

Contractor shall maintain daily log sheet duly signed by the users at each Sub Station all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

All T&P required for operating, repair and maintenance are deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted.

All stationary for Duty Roster, Attendance register, Wages register, Log sheet book, maintenance record etc., shall be arranged, maintained and submitted by the contractor to Engineer in charge in the first week of every month.

Any loss due to negligence, faulty operation shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Wage period shall not exceed one month. Wages for all workers employed shall be paid before 7th day of every month through bank account without fail irrespective of whether RAR is claimed or not.

Non compliance on the part of contractor for not making payment of wages to workers as stipulated above shall attract penalty at the rate of Rs 100.00 per shift per worker from RAR/Final Bill. No claim whatsoever on this account will be entertained.

Minimum wages, EPF, ESI, Bonus etc., to the workers shall be paid by the contractor as per Regional Labour Commissioner, Gazette Notification including DA all as authorised.

Cleaning and maintenance of the above mentioned DG sets, Sub Stations and its surrounding area for item No 1 to 11 shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

The workers employed by the contractor for outsourcing shall be entitled for one day weekly off and the contractor has to provide suitable substitute in the concerned shifts. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for this provision.
