The tenderer should have executed one similar works for the State/Central Government with a minimum amount for Desktop Computers Rs.39 Lakhs in any one financial year during the last 3 financial years (2022-23 to 2024-25) As proof, the bidders should upload the purchase orders and the corresponding work completion certificate for work executed in various State/Central Government.

The tenderer should have executed one similar works for the State/Central Government with a minimum amount for Laptops Rs.1.6 Lakh in any one financial year during the last 3 financial years (2022-23 to 2024-25) As proof, the bidders should upload the purchase orders and the corresponding work completion certificate for work executed in various State/Central Government.

The tenderer should have executed one similar works for the State/Central Government with a minimum amount for Firewall Rs.11 Lakhs in any one financial year during the last 3 financial years (2022-23 to 2024-25) As proof, the bidders should upload the purchase orders and the corresponding work completion certificate for work executed in various State/Central Government.

The tenderer should have supplied at least 2 Laptops in single order to various State/Central Government In any continuous 12 months during last three years. As a proof should submit purchase order clearly indicating quantity and cost.

The tenderer should have supplied at least 31 all in one desktop computers in a single order to various State/Central Government In any continuous 12 months during last three years. As a proof should submit Work done certificate along with purchase order clearly indicating quantity and cost.

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certificate / Authorized dealership certificate from OEM to participate in tender for particular region

Submission of Line of credit certificate from a nationalized bank for computer and firewall Conditional LOC will not be accepted.(as per the Tender Document)

In view of after Sales and service, the tenderer should have office at Mysore (only in the name of supplier). Relevant document should be uploaded (For clarification inspection will be conducted by the SIUD officials since supplier will be only responsible during the warranty period. SIUD will not asking company store or service center)

If the bidder is sharing a Land border with India then Registration Certificate and Model Certificate issued by the Competent Authority to be obtained as specified vide Office Memorandum No. F.No.6/18/2019 - PPD issued by Ministry of Finance, GOI dt.23rd July 2020 and GO of GoK vide No. FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bengaluru Dated: 25.08.2020.

The bidder shall certify that it has not been blacklisted, debarred, suspended, or declared ineligible for participating in tenders by any Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertaking, Local Authority, or any statutory body in India as on the date of submission of the bid

Annual Turnover should not be less than Rs.96,00,000/- in any two of the preceding three years, (FY 2022-23 to 2024-25) duly signed by Chartered Accountant. (Along With UDIN Number)

Copies of ITR filed and authorized Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c. in last 03 financial years( 2022-23- 2023-24 2024-25) certified and duly signed by Chartered Accountant or Registered Auditor
