SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R WORKS)

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old barbed wire fencing fixed with ms wire all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as angle iron post, gates, grills, hold fast, Hand rails, wind ties for roof including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete as specified and directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete as specified and directed.

S&F chain link fencing not exc 4 kg Weight per square metre, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars (Fe-500/ Fe-550D) 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor Fly ash brick work with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Use & Waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars (Fe-500/ Fe-550D) 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using WPC as per manufacturer's instructions in finishing layer on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed. (Note;- WPC will be measured paid seperately as supply only).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x450mm size 7mm thick premium quality coforming to relevant IS as on dado incl 10mm thick plastering in CM(1:3) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. reinforced or otherwise exc 100 Sqcm but n. exc 250 sqcm and required cutting through reinforcement.

Cutting holes in brick walls in in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required all as directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on wall, soffits of chajjas, cornices etc including prepration of plastered/unplastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall and three coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelling in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface with broken stone or boulder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, path, sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, path, sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (farmed), trusses purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing MS tubes medium grade as in truss, purlin, rafters, post etc fixed with and including angle cleat, MS plate etc including necessary welding, fittings etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-B) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based trapezoidal profile (pitch 200mm and profile 30mm) steel sheet thickness in between 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / Cladding to wall,/ridges etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured with grey cement and pigments Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintel upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified.

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric in available size weight per sqm n exc 4 kg as directed complete all as specified.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (E/M WORKS)

M & L for concealed point wiring One light point/one fan point controlled by one switch with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cables 1100 Volts grade of 1.5 sqmm size alongwith one earth continuity conductor with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of 1.5 sqmm size through and including 20 mm dia (medium grade) rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes , readily available (Having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mmX300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall be not less than 1.63 mm) concealed type with 3mm thick bakelite sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete including cutting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing old unserviceable solar ploe of any size including necessary excavation , returning and refilling of excavated material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing old unserviceable solar pannel of any size including opening of necessary clamps bolts etc from site as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing old unserviceable solar battery of any size and capacity including opening of necessary battery box, clamps bolts etc from site as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing old unserviceable solar LED light of any size and capacity including opening of necessary bracket, clamps bolts etc from site as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 5 mtr octogonal pole for installation for all in one solar street light (suitable for 2000 lum and 3000 lum) including grouating base plate in foundation with suiatable size of nots bolts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 17 watt & 3000 Lumens all in one solar LED street light luminaires having polycrystalline solar cell all as specified and as directed.
