M&L Pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.
M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

Note :- Contractor is advised to ascertain the suitable place earmarked for disposal of sludge/sewage water from local municipality or area controling authority before quoting their rates. Disposal of waste at suitable place shall be sole responsibility of contractor and no representation or objection in this regard shall be entertained at any later stage.
Note :- An amount of Rs 84,250.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
