Dismantling carefully the existing /Brick work / stone masonary /PCC /RCC along with finishing by chiselling without damaging existing structure including cutting the reinforcement etc. depositing the serviceable material at departmental store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base/ floor/ plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality aggregates including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per Specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Cutting bituminous road surfaces and reinstating the same with serviceable matetrial and PCC including scrapping wherever required including disposal of unserviceable materials at identified places within Colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(PCC shall be paid separetly under relevant item)

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick masonry in sub structure / super structure at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks of approved quality, make in CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc, complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing brick work 115mm thick in partition walls, dwarf walls, parapets, under platforms, etc. at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks of approved quality, make in C.M 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level & plumb including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. including RCC (1:2:4) stiffeners 115mm.wide and 80mm. thick every one metre height including form work cost of steel reinforcement complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC. Note: Reinforcement shall be paid in relevant item.

Random rubble masonry in foundation and superstructure using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone in cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including raking out joints, simultaneous flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses ofeach layer, including PVC pipe 50mm dia weep hole at 1.5m c/c in horizontal & in vertical, curing etc. complete all as per specification, directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) If through stones are not available for greater dimnsion,same can be provided with M-25 grade concrete of required size without any extra cost.) (ii) PVC pipe shall be paid under relevant item

Providing PVC SWR Pipe 75 mm ø for weep hole in drain / nullah walls as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Raised and cut pointing to stone work with ready mix cement mortar 1:4, including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified below including curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of following grade in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

a) M-30 For all type of Structural / RCC Elements

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements and Misc works including transporting, pumping /manually etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. (Note:- i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities substructure. iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc.complete. iv) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure).

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation plinth at all levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE:- a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shallonly be measured for payment and stop boards forconstruction joints will not be measured forpayment). b) The rate of formwork shall include all type ofstructural / RCC elements and geometric shapesincluding circular and any other curved surfaces).

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications,drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. (NOTE:- The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment).

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL only.

Cement plastering work using cement sand mortar and finished thickness as specified below without neat cement punning, at all floors, levels & locations, in single/ double coat (as specified) over concrete/ masonry surface including surfaces preparation, even & smooth surface in correct line, level, plane, plumb and including scaffolding, curing etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC. Using ready mix cement mortar having Cement : Sand (1:4)

Providing and laying at all floors and levels Vitrified tiles of first quality Marbonite of M/S H&R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd or other equivalent approved make of approved colour, shade, pattern and minimum thickness of 8.5mm thickness or as per manufacture's specifications, laid directly over tile using polymer cum cement based adhesive manufactured by Roffe construction – NSA (non skid adhesive) or M/s Ardex Endura chemicals– Gold star or other approved equivalent in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out where necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing, etc. complete all as per specification, relevent IS code & as directed by the EIC. Note: 1. In case of non-availability as per item, other makes which can be considered are 'Asian', 'Oracle Granito Ltd.', 'Orient', Regency, Kajaria and Somany. 2. No claim for payment of over thickness of adhesive for tile over tile work shall be considered by the Department.

a) In flooring with tiles of approx. size 600 mm x 600 mm of approved colour, shade and design of M/s H& R Johnson (I) ltd. or approved equivalent, laid directly over existing tile using tile on tile polymer cum cement based adhesive and/or using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) laid after removal of existing flooring with backing mortar.

b) In Dado / skirting with tiles of size 600 x 100 mm of approved colour, shade & design of M/s H& R Johnson (I) ltd or approved equivalent laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:4 backing (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting etc. complete, including dismantling the existing dado/skirting tile and backing cement mortar, disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete.

Providing in flooring & skirting 3 mm thick and 8.5 mm deep grout line using PVC spacers for creating true alignment and gap between vitrified tile work, if shown in the drawing & the 3mm spacer joints filled with approved epoxy tile grout including all labour material, wastage etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in Charge

Providing & laying at all floors & levels first quality ceramic tiles of minimum thickness as specified by the manufacturer of M/S. H&R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd. or equivalent approved make of approved colors, shade and texture in flooring / dado / skirting as per approved pattern. incluidng cost of all materials, including cutting the tiles to required shape, wastage, pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to line, level, slope & plumb, final cleaning of surface as required, curing , making necessary opening cutouts etc.and including removing existing flooring / dado and disposing of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC complete all as per specifications, relevant IS code & as directed by the EIC. Note: Pattern and design of flooring/skirting/dado shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before commencement of work.

a) In flooring with tiles of size 300 x 300 ( approx size ) Digital HD series of M/s H& R Johnson or equivalent approved make with 20 mm thick 1:4 Cement mortar bedding (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only)

c) In dado / Skirting with tiles of 300X450mm (Approx size) of Digital HD Series of M/s H&R johnson (India) Limited or approved equivalent fixed over 12 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) backing / fixed directly over existing tile with polymer cum cement based tile adhesive manufactured by M/s. Roffe construction (Non-Skid Ahhesive, NSA) or M/s Ardex Endura (Gold Star) or other approved equivalent, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting/dado etc. complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors factory made Aluminium sliding/top hung/fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivit joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) of Deluxe domal series or equivalent or as directed by EIC , including for making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc, of approved manufacutres for following types with extruded sections of required series as per drawing of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and weights as directed for frames and shutters(including wastages if any) confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame and shutter, glass and depositing same to dept store etc all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing following thickness of clear float/ frosted / Bajara sheet glass of M/S Triveni/ shree vallabh/ IAG/Modi guard/ Saint Gobin or other approved equivalent manufacture and fixing with Aluminium frame work (door/ window) including fixing aluminium channel beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/ gasket accommadated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws etc, all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make, multiple color shade and in approved pattern Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding /Facade at different locations including soffits of over-hangs and including aluminium frame work with grids/pattern filled in with weather silicon sealant of DowSeal or equivalent as per the drawings and directed by EIC. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet+3mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core+0.5mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification and as directed by EIC. Note: 1. ACMP shall be measured to the actual visible area of the ACP sheet including silicon joints as fixed on site. 2. All required aluminum section will be measured seperatly and will be paid in relevant item.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished granite stone/marble stone/composite marble as per following details for window cill / jambs/ coping/ flooring/dado/ skirting etc. in pattern and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per drg, specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC. Note : 1) Window jamb, cill & lintel bottom with granite / green marble shall be mitred / partly mitred joint as directed by Eingineer-In-Charge. 3)Exposed finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. 4) All finished natural stones except for floorings shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface ,spreading/splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 5) Agencies shall quote rate accordingly.

18 mm thick baroda green marble marble of approved surface finish for flooring/ counter/dado/ skirting/cladding/ staircase riser, sitout top with stone slabs of various size in pattern including 12 mm thick 1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding for fixing etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

18 mm thick granite stone/ composite marble of approved colour and shade and surface finish for flooring/skirting/dado/window cill in stepped form/window jamb/door frame of full height in single piece etc. with stone slabs / strips of various size in pattern including including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding. etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

18 mm thick granite stone of approved shade,colour with leather /lapato finish for flooring / staircase tread with stone slabs including edging, full half round moulding, machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish, making 3 rows of 5 mm X 5mm grooves by machine and including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding.

Providing and laying of Kotah stone for flooring/ skirting/ dado/ stair treads including grooves by machine and nosing at all floors & levels using min 25 mm thick hand cut machine polished kotah stone slabs laid over 1:4cement mortar bedding including curing hand polishing removing / dismantling the existing with bedding / backing mortar and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying & fixing in position the following type solid core block board flush door shutters with commercial ply / teak veneer as specified below conforming to IS 2202-latest, with 20 mm thick teak wood lipping alround, fixing shutters in position to existing door frames at all floors by cutting/ planing if necessary including the labour for removing & refixing old fittings & fixtures and for fixing of the fittings & fixtures with wooden packing pieces if necessary with screws, including one coat of approved primer on commercial ply surface etc.including removing existing damaged shutter,fittings and depositing at dept. stores etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by EIC.

Supplying & fixing 25 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) / M/s. Rajashree plastiwood or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate of M/s Shalimar Hardware or equivalent and including providing a vision panel opening of size 300 mm X 200 mm including providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening of vision panel with ss screws, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC. Note:- 1) The entire door shall be jointless shutter. 2) The sizes shall be approximately 650 mm x 2000mm, however exact dimensions shall be measured at site before manufacturing.

Supplying & fixing matt finished, anodised aluminium heavy quality fittings, fixtures and fastenings of approved quality, along with CP brass screws, bolts and other accessories as per approved samples. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing heavy duty superior quality fittings, fixtures and fasteners along with necessary CP screws, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as per approved samples. etc. complete all as directed by the E-I-C., 1. One sample board consisting of each item of schedule of quantities with approved quality fittings & fixtures & necessary accessories including chromium plated brass screws, bolts, nuts, washers should be submitted for approval of Engineer-in- charge. Large scale procurement shall be taken up only after approval of the Engineer-in-charge.After approval, the samples shall be kept in the office of the Engineer-in-charge to ascertain the approved quality for the entire work. 2.All fittings & fixtures shall be of approved make.

Providing and fixing structural steel using M.S angles, flat,plate, pipes etc. for gates, grills, fencing etc. at all levels and locations as per existing design and pattern as required at site, embedding inside masonry/concrete wall, including cutting and removing existing M.S sections and welding with existing framework wherever required, including painting structural steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make and one coat of approved steel primer, scaffolding, fabrication, welding etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing Fabricating erecting in position CRIMPNET GATE with G.I tubular frames, 50mm x 8 g G.I crimpnet welded on 38mm i/d G.I pipes with angle iron frame, M.S flat beading to hold crimpnet, M.S channel supports post (ISMC-75X100) including pivot type hinges, locking arrangements, tower bolts, embedding channel posts in cement concrete (1:2:4) including cost of excavation, PCC, formwork and disposal of surplus soil, painting the gate and all steel work with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer etc. complete generally as per specifications and drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Area of gate shall be measured, length will be out to out of channel post and height will be with rollers above ground level)

Providing and fixing 304 grade Stainless steel letters with lacquer finish in Hindi and English including marking,cutting,making to required size and shape of approx. width upto 345mm , height upto 360mm and depth 30mm with golden plating at all levels and locations…… etc. complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and installing stainless steel Atom sculpture with nucleus using SS-304 with lacquer finish along with 6 nos. curved wings upto height 1.5 m of SS finish as per approved architectural drawing with perforated stainless sheet panels of min. thickness of 3 mm using seamless pipe/tube of designed dia pipe, Square, tees, angles, plate and other sections including bending of sections in required curvature shape conforming to SS-304 grade of steel and Relevant schedule, as per pattern & design shown in drawing and as directed by Arch., EIC including laser cutting, argon welding, PVD gold plating in between atom, finishing & buffing including necessary S.S bend, tees,brackets, base/cover plate and holders clamps to hold pans in all size & shapes etc welding/nut bolt necessary anchoring, polishing and fixing in concrete/brick wall with S.S lugs/anchor fasteners ,making pockets, concreting, making good the surfaces including all wastages etc. as per specifications drawings,including removing existing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel sections of grade 304 for hand rail / T-strips in laquar finish for joints with 2mm thick perforated stainless sheet panels using seamless pipe/tube of designed dia pipe, Square, tees, angles, plate and other sectiones as required for hand rail/grab rail /structural steel work with brushed finished/satin matt finished at stair case & lobby / passage and other locations as required, at all floors & levels conforming to SS-304 grade of steel and Relevant schedule, as per pattern & design shown in drawing / directed by Arch., EIC including necessary S.S bend, tees,brackets, base/cover plate and holders clamps to hold pans in all size & shapes etc welding/nut bolt necessary anchoring, polishing and fixing in concrete/brick wall with S.S lugs/anchor fasteners ,making pockets, concreting, making good the surfaces including all wastages etc. as per specifications drawings,including removing existing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing approved quality Pre-laminated / unlaminated Bison board of 12 mm (one side laminated) including cutting to required size and fixing the same with necessary nails screws /adhesives for partitions, cupboards, shelves, kitchen cabinets, wall panels, ceiling, window cill & jambs etc. at all floors & locations including providing and fixing 6 mm thick teak wood beading to all exposed edges of bison board, cost of fixing the fittings including removing shutters/ shelves and transporting to deptt. stores complete all as directed by the Engineer-In_charge. Note:- Aluminium/Stainless steel will be paid in relevant item of Aluminium sction.

Providing & applying acrylic oil bound distemper in two or more coats on old surfaces at all floors, levels & location using ready mixed & ready made acrylic oil bound distemper of approved make and shade including one coat of approved cement primer (water thinnable) including labour, material, scaffolding, surface preparation, cleaning etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Acrylic distemper shall have VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre)

Providing and erecting double bamboo scaffolding using minimum 50 to 75mm dia best quality bamboos tied with coir rope and the horizontal and vertical members of the bamboos to be provided as required at spacing's of not more than 900mm apart both horizontally and vertically including providing cross supports as struts to the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance/ repair works of external surfaces of buildings as and when required including providing necessary safety belt and helmet to the workers, dismantling the scaffolding and taking back the scaffolding, safety belt and helmet after the repair works are completed including cost of transportation, labours, bamboos, wireropes etc. All complete as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

a)Double bamboo scaffolding

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Polymer used for this work in Kg shall be measured for payment.

Repainting of old painted surface by providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Apex Ultima Protek of M/s. Asian Paints / Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick (min.) factory made reflective (Glossy/ Smooth finish ) interlocking paver blocks of approved manufacturer and of approved shape, colour, shade, size, shape paver blocks manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-35. including supplying & laying 50 mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with the surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceale materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony,including taking permission from statutory authority etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 80 mm thick (min.) factory made reflective interlocking paver blocks of approved manufacturer and of approved colour, shade, size, shape, surface finish paver blocks manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-40 including supplying & laying 50 min thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with the surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceable materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony, including taking permission from statutory authority etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing factory made precast kerb stone of cement concrete minimum M-25 grade, of size 125 mm wide and 375 mm deep curved at inner edge of 25 mm radius, having length 500 to 600 mm / or size as directed by EIC / as per IS:5758 including necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:3 (using reday mix mortar, as specified), jointing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 (using reday mix mortar, as specified) including earth work and providing & laying 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:4:8 for foundation below kerb stone, and painting in pattern with approved shade & colour synthetic enamel paint two coat over a coat of primer etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and applying 2.50 mm thick marking strips (retro-reflective) of approved shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surfaces including cost of materials, labour, Tools and plants, cleaning the surfaces of all dirt seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc. all complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of appropriate primer of approved shade over Concrete surface ( Kerb stone, Plastered surface,) / Steel surface ( railing, steel structures etc.) including preparing surfaces, filling with putty wherever required and cleaning with waterjet, wire brush manually etc. all complete as per complete specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing in position Cast Iron motives as per approved catalogue design over entrance gates, railings or any other location including cutting of existing design , welding, finishing, fixing in position, two coats of synthetic enamel painting with approved colour/shade over one coat of steel primer etc. at all levels & locations, all complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by Engineer In charge.

Extra over plastering items for making/forming matching grooves with existing design & pattern or as shown in elevation drawing of approx size (10 X 10 mm) to (20 x 15 mm) or as specified size, at all floors, levels and locations to proper line, level and plumb using wooden battens and including finishing & repairing of grroves with neat cement etc complete all as per specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing and spreading manually red garden soil free from stones, pebbles etc.at site on grass paver blocks to fill the voids/ opening of grass paver blocks , wateing to settle the red soils, sweeping/brooming to clean the paver block surfaces, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge & as per specifications. (Quantity will be taken as per truck body measurement filled with red garden soil without deduction of any voids. )

Providing & applying Artistic paint work using approved acrylic wall paints with lequer finish on approved picture of required size over the existing surface including all, as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding,cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying, fixing of natural/man made pebbles of approved size, colour over existing levelled ground surface with pebbles of size 10mm to 30mm and shape laid over 50 mm average thickness approved white cement paste, pigmented as per approved colour in proper line level slope for filling the open area including necessary material such as natural/man made pebbles polished with the natural/colour shade, white cement paste, skilled man power for laying the pebbles etc. All complete as directed by Engineer In-Charge.

b) Polished Pebbles of approved colour and shade and of size 10 mm - 30 mm

Supplying and fixing heavy duty perforated covers of M-50 grade to withstand Heavy traffic tested as per IS-1726, cover of approximate size 700x550 mm and thickness not less than 100 mm, having 75mm bearing with circular holes as required and frame with size 850x700x150 mm thick as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note : The thickness indicated is minimum requirement. However the rates are inclusive for higher thickness of drain covers as per the design requirement specified by Manufacturers.

Providing and fixing 0.5 mm thickness corrugated galvalume sheet for roofing system (M/s. JSW or approved equivalent make) for sloped roof/ curved roof of any geometrical shape, ridge, facia, fins, projections and gutters etc., at all levels and locations with overlaps and neccesary ridges, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine over new frame / existing frame including correction/addition in structural member in old frame as per required etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour charges for removing and relaying existing 60/80mm interlocking paver blocks/ Shabad tile including supplying & laying 50 mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with th surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceale materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony,including taking permission from statutory authority etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cleaning the existing ACP cladding and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with chemical solution of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine including filling the joints of ACP panels with polysulphide sealant complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/structure, including all labors, materials and scaffolding required etc. all complete per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and buffing of the existing SS hand railing including removing all dirt, dust, bird dropping etc. to achieve shiny apperance of the surface of handrail etc. including all labors, materials etc. all complete per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- The clear horizontal length of the SS handrail between vertical supports will be measured for payment and individual lenngth of the pipes will not be measured

Polishing of existing mosaic/kotah work/Marble flooring where ever required to give high glossy finish etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in proporation of 1:2 laying to the levels, slope and as per the drawing and specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including testing of joints etc. complete.

Painting the Kerb stones of both existing and new ones in pattern with two coats of flat oil paint of approved colour and shade over one coat of approved primer including preparing the surface by brushing manually/washing with water jets wherever required and complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and placing in position coarse grained golden/siver coloured rive sand filled in approved quality heavy duty sand bags of approx. size 14" x 26" made of premium quality polypropylene, double sewn in the bottom for extra strength, water resistant and up to 1600 hours of UV protection against the sun including filling the sand in bags, tieing the bags with strings, placing in layers at Police Morcha or any other location icluding cost of all materials and labour as per drawing and specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- Each sandbag should be filled with 50 lb or 22.7 kg of sand and it should be two-third full

Providing assistance to the departmetal technician for complaints of various nature on working days/holidays/ beyond office hours viz., etc in verious locations including necessary tools and manpower , loading and unloading etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1) Contractor shall arrange to provide the sarvice on Saturday, Sunday and other Holidays in case of energency as required by Engineer-In-Charge, Failing which penal recovery shall be made , Decision of Engineer-In-Charge will be final. at the rate Rs.200/ Day, Subjected to maximum Rs. 1000/- decision of Engineer-In-Chrage shall be final.
