Dismantling and servicing of cooling appliances including cleaning, painting, necessary test of leakage by nitrogen gas, brazing, compressed air wash and make the system functional for AC window/ Split type of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 here in before but for Water Cooler of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable fan motor from window/Split AC of any capacity, removing the burnt out winding wire from slots, cleaning the slots with emery paper and rewinding the same with superior quality enamelled copper wire as in required quantity, insulate properly and bringing back, fixing in position as per existing, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5.00 here in before but for Water Cooler upto 150 Ltrs capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable air filter for Window/Split AC of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Relay of refrigerator of the same make and type, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the suction and discharge line to the unserviceable compressor, replace with the new compressor brought from the factory of the same make (OEM) connect the refregerent lines systems, flushing, vacuumising of the entire system, arrest all leakages including testing and commissioning for Split AC 1.5 ton capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable heating element of solar water heater 300 ltr 2KW/1.5 KW of any pattern, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Lagging to pipes used in internal/external water supply or plumbing all round with, 25min thick bonded mineral wool preformed ‘SNAP ON’ pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 for 20/25mm internal dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable fan blade from the condenser cooling motor and replace with new fan blade of same size and type for Water Cooler of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Blower Assembly of suitable type for Air conditioners up to 1.5 Ton, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable float valve with new brass float valve of water coolers/ desert coolers for 15 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Flushing & vacuumising the system and charging of necessary refrigerent of recommended quality and required quantity for Window AC/Split AC Up to 1.5 Ton, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement with new LED Flood lights 120 Watt, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, high pressure die cast aluminium with front glass IP66, suitable for highlighting architectural facade, highmast and general lighting having LED in built control gear including 2.5 mtr twin core copper conductor for connection of flood light fitting from LT OH line/ceiling rose including taking down old unserviceable flood lights, Complete all as specifeid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- HPL or equivalent in Syska Cat Part No SSK-BLS-120W/Philips/CG/C&S/Bajaj/Havells.

Supply and fixing in replacement with new LED street lights 45 Watt, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, high pressure die cast aluminium with heat resistant front glass and embeded lense, IP66 protection, suitable for having LED in built control gear including 2.5 mtr twin core copper conductor for connection of flood light fitting from LT OH line/ceiling rose including taking down old unserviceable flood lights, Complete all as specifeid and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- HPL Cat Part No HPLLEDSL4560A or equivalent in C&S Cat Part No INDUS-E/45W, LTESSE45WLED/ Philips/CG/C&S/ Bajaj/Havells.

Note:- (i) Makes of all spare parts of AC/Cooler/Fan/Geyser etc. shall be as per existing brand/Make (OEM) to match with the existing. Approved ISI marked Spare parts shall only be installed after approval of AGE (I) or OEM Brand /Company certified for parts compatibility with equipments. No compatible local Make will be used. (ii) Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 27,908.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
