Cutting of floor topping of concrete / Kota Stone / any kind of marble/ tile floor depth up to 50mm with the help of mechanical cutter and chisel (with due care so that surrounding floor should not be damage) to lay the tactile flooring 300mm wide including cost of providing and laying 25mm to 28mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 as per requirement complete as per specification, Harmonised guidelines for PwD and as desired by Engineer-in-charge. (CSR 14.160 )

Dismantling concrete Cement concrete plain 1:4:8 or 1:5:10 (CSR 8.6 b)

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 with stone ballast of size. 40 mm guage. using concrete mixing volumetric type (CSR 10.11 b ii)

Providing and Laying Tactile Flooring full body vitrified , low water absorption below 5%, having excellent slip resistance , very dense, durable and abrasion resistant, solid through colour, fade proof, highly chemical and stain resistance unglazed finish porcelain tile of size 300mm x 300mm x 10mm + 5mm thick, approved profile design, Tec-button/Tec-liner laid in ordinary grey cement and on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 filling neat cement slurry between joints with White Cement containing pigment to match the shade complete in all respect. (Tile design and pattern will be as per guidelines issued for persons with disability).(CSR 14.116)

Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (CSR 14.84)

Disposal of Malba ouside the premises loading/unloading including all leads as desired by engineer in charge.

Wrought iron and mild steel ladders, framed grills, grating etc. with ends of bars, riveted or welded or forged, framed window guards, barred iron doors, stair case, iron railing including cost of bolts and nuts or screws or welding rod, complete fixed in position. (CSR 18.4)

Providing and fixing Mettal extendable hold fasteners on C.C. /R.C.C./Brick masonry surface backing including drilling necessary holes and the cost of bolt etc complete. Fastener with threaded dia 12 mm. (CSR 14.159 c)

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. (CSR 16.20)

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade. (CSR 16.17 )
