Construction of 30000 Litres OHT Tank (12.00m Staging Height) at Kilkarkoor in Karkoor Panchayat

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Supplying and filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted complete complying with standard specification

Cement conrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing laying and curing etc ocmplete for bed blocks for 10 cum

RCC1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm HBGS and 10mm HBS excluding the cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering but including the cost of mixing placing vibrating of concrete curing and finishing etc., complete as directed by the officers.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint best quality over the plastered surface including cleaning preparing the surface, curingetc complete the quality, shade/colour of paing shall be got approved by the executive engineer.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of RTS steel rods for reinforcement for various members including cost of steel and binding wire for all RCC works as directed by the officers.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of outside MS Lader 45 cm clear wide made out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm MS angle for both sides and for the steps at 30 cm center to center welded, joints etc., for 1st staging from ground level to 1st level grace.(weight 4.50KG per M 2nd and 3rd stating upto four slab and 4th staging from floor slab to roof top supply and delivery fixing of 32 mm gi pipe, medium for hand rail from 1st stage to 4th stage RCC M30 grade mix for landing slab - 5 nos, (ground level 1 no and above ground level (4 nos )supply and fixing of 30 mm GI pipe medium

Supplying and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1 1/2: 3 mix etc complete

Providing PVC ventilating arragements mosquito proof nylon net with 110mm PVC cowl and as directed by departmental officer

Supplying and Fixing in Position of Cut Stone set in Cm 1:3 using well dressed cut stone supporting inlet pipe inside the tank and as directed by the officers

Providing Manhole cover of size 60 x 60 cm in RCC 1: 1 1/2: 3 mix with suitable reinforecement including all labour charges
