Schedule 'A' Part-I (Repair & maint of E&M Eqpt)

Supply and fixing in repairs of bus bar chamber box capacity 200 Amps TPN, heavy duty CRCA sheet metal enclosure including with aluminium insulated bas bar 04 Nos mounted on hygroscopic insulators and suitable provision of cable entry etc all as specified and directed.

Fixing of LED street lingt in existing electric poles along with perimeter boundry wall including labour charges for shifting ladder and taking down old unsv street lights. (LED street lights shall be supply by Dept fee of cost).

Repair/ Maint of existing Gang operated device including replacement of wornout UNSV spares and servicing of GOD complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair over head line separator PVC body extendable with connectors for LT distribution line complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of timer switch analog time switch 240 VAC base/DIN mounting including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 200 A capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 32 A capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supply and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required. (2 x 16 Sqm)

Supply and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required. (2 x 25 Sqm)

Supply and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required. (4x 25 Sqm)

Supply and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required. (3.5 x 35 Sqm)

Supply and fixing in repairs following size of cable lugs coneecting to existing panel boards. Aluminum lugs for 10 Sqm Cable

Supply and fixing in repairs following size of cable lugs coneecting to existing panel boards. Aluminum lugs for 25 Sqm Cable

Supply and fixing in repairs following size of cable lugs coneecting to existing panel boards. Aluminum lugs for 35 Sqm Cable

Supply and fixing in repairs following size of cable lugs coneecting to existing panel boards. Aluminum lugs for 50 Sqm Cable

Supplying and erection of 100mm x 65mm pin insulator complete with GI spindle and nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head line with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of existing diameter including binding etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required including necessary earthwork and connecting copper strip connected to copper earth plate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
