PETTY REPAIR FOR DAY TO DAY SERVICES AT DHAR ROAD

Attending complaint for petty repair to leaking water in bib tap, pillar tap, stop cock, angle valve, flushing cistern, WHB, Sink, wall mixer etc. of any description any size by changing the washers(s)/ jumper(s) etc, by adjusting/replacing the washer(s) and adjustment of lever required for making the flushing cistern functional, by tighting the leaking waste pipe of WHB/Sink and providing 'M' seal to stop leakage as required. Removal of air lock/blockage of water in GI water tubing and cleaning the pipe or fittings etc. including replacement of major defective item if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints on every day basis. 2. Contractor has to provide minimum Two plumber and including all necessary T&P on all working days from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. 3. A recovery of Rs. 300/- per person shall be recovered from the contractor for non-deploying of plumber or helper on any working days.

Attending complaint for petty repair to easing of Doors/ Window/ Cup Board shutters by tightening of hinges/ handles/ Al-drop bolt/ tower bolt/ knobs, hasp and stapple etc of any size/ any number of panels for easy closing/ opening or changing the position of hinges, adjustments of tower bolts, sliding bolts, replacement of looking mirror etc complete including replacement of major defective item if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints on every day basis. 2. Contractor has to provide minimum Two carpainter including all necessary T&P on all working days from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. 3. A recovery of Rs. 300/- per person shall be recovered from the contractor for non-deploying of carpainter or helper on any working days.

Attending complaint for petty repair to Masson work Plastering work brick work repair . including replacement of major defective item if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints on every day basis. 2. Contractor has to provide minimum Two masson including all necessary T&P on all working days from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. 3. A recovery of Rs. 300/- per person shall be recovered from the contractor for non-deploying of plumber or helper on any working days.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premices complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1, (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in sub floor including use of necessary for work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free anti skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but n.exc. 0.18sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 6 above but in skirtings laid over 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile n.exc. 0.11sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 15mm thick cement rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
