Excavation of cable trench of 100 cm Depth and 30 cm Width at level/track crossing and platform and its refilling with the same excavated soil consolidating by ramming to the level of 20 cm above the ground level over the trench as per the technical specification attached.

Horizontal direction drilling/boring without damage of surface road using Auger Machine. The bore shall be 120 25 mm dia & shall be done at the depth of minimum 1200 mm from the ground level. The ground level shall be considered ignoring the bank height of the bank of the road. The length of the bore shall be minimum 4 Mtrs long. this include insertion of different dia DWC/HDPE pipe/ GI pipes coupling etc. as per direction of Engineer In charge.

EXCAVATION OF TRENCHLESS TRACK UNDER RAILWAY TRACK/BUSY ROAD ETCAT A DEPTH OF 1.20 METER

Laying of signalling cable ( 2 core to 12 core) in the trench as per cable route plan approved by railway and meggering of all main & tail cables. The cable laying includes laying of cable in trenches as per the technical specification attached.

Laying of 6 quad Cable in the trench as per cable route plan approved by railway as per the technical specification attached.

Laying of GI / HDPE/DWC Pipe for passing the cables at level /track crossing and platform etc. Only GI/HDPE pipe and socket will supplied by railway. Other activity will be done by contractor as per tech.specification.

Supply Of Relay AC immune plug-in type Style QSPA1, DC neutral line slow to pickup 24V, 8F/4B contacts front and back contacts metal to carbon complete with plug-board, retaining clip and connector confirming to BRS:934 A IRS:S@58<44@ IRS:S:23 (as applicable). The interlocking code for this unit shall be ABDEJ, Inspection-RDSO.

Supply of Relay Non Ac Immunise Style QTA2 neutral track 9.0 Ohm 2F/1B contacts front and back contacts metal to carbon complete with plug board, retaining clip and connectors as per spec no. BRS - 938A, Inspection-RDSO.

Supply of Relay Point contactor AC immunized plug in type DC biased contactor 24V DC with 2HF/4B contacts heavy duty metal to carbon front contacts and back contacts metal to carbon complete with plug board, retaining clip and connectors confirming to BRS : 943 & IRS S: 34 & IRS : S:23. the interlocking code for this unit shall be BCEJK, Inspection-RDSO.

Installation of Relay rack, Relays, Fuses etc and its wiring, nomenclature including Alteration in existing wiring etc at station or end location.Condensors, Resistances, Relay Rack , PVC wire ARA & wago terminals, Relays with bases and connectors shall be supplied by railway. All other materials require for the purpose shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost as per Tech. specification.

Preparation of field diagram such as cable Route plan , Power supply lay out, Cable Termination Chart in relay 34 room & Location Boxes, Location Wiring Diagrams, Fuse Analysis, Equipement Disposition Plan, Track Bounding & Insulation Plan as per Railway practice. Note: All the above Diagrams/Plans to be submitted in Polyster Film Tracing to the railway. The contractor shall also supply 6 sets of Photo/Ferro print copy of said plans/drawings out of which 1 set shall be duly laminated.

Preparation of Station Working Rule (SWR)Including Appendix- A, B, C, D, E, E, F and G in Hindi and English on Approved SIP/ ESP/ST/SWRD/ PD/VDU Layout etc. asper the Extant Practice being followed in VAranasi Division of N.E. Railway. 35 The Contractor shall Supply Two Paper Print ofthe SWR as Draft for Approval andComments. Once the Approval is Given heshall Supply Two Set Paper Prints of the SWR for Final Approval and Signature of theConcerned Officials On obtaining finalApproval, The Contractor shall Supply 10 Sets of the SWR And 1 Set Gate Working Rule (GWR) of each LC Gate (App.-A) Duly Photocopies of SWR. The Approved SWR shall be Finally Supplied in 2 Pen drives.

Preparation and Printing of Station Working Rule Diagram (SWRD) an Auto Cad basedon Approved SIP, ESP etc. 36 as per the extantPractice being followed in Lucknow Divisionof N.E. Railway. Contractor shall Supply OnePrint of SWRD (Paper Print Size as Required)as Draft for Approval and comments. Oncethe Approval is given, Contractor shall Supply Tracing of the SWRD on Good QualityFilm Paper of Thickness not Less Than 75Micron for Signature of All Officials. OnApproval the Contractor shall Supply 10Copies Blue Print of Tracing. The ApprovedSWRD shall be Finally Supplied in 2 Pen Drives.

Testing and Commissioning of complete yard both indoor and out door including break down testing w.r.t.selection table /locking table using simulation panel,finally from panel in presence of Railway official as per tech spec.

Cement concrete work for miscellaneous items in the ratio 1:3:6. Item includes excavation ,ramming, curing and plastering with cement sand mixture (aggregate not exceeding 3.8cm). Aggregate ,cement and to be supplied by contractor as per technical specification attached.

Providing Brick masonary in the ratio 1:6 cement & mortar including plastering with 1;4 cement and sand mixture both sides, 20 mm thick each with contractors own 2nd class brick , including excavation curing grouting bolting etc wherever required .Brick sand & cement to be supplied by the contractor as per technical specification attached.

Supply of Laptop based work station for data input & configuration,simulation and functional testing, diagnostics and trouble shooting and commissioning of SSI system. Switch Plate lubricant - Cenolube 100or better NLGI 00 GRADE Black colored which should be non asphaltic Non bituminous blend of very heavy oils, inert thickeners and lubricating solids coupled with molybdenumdisulfide and graphite with no tracesof chlorinated solvent such as 1,1,1 trichloroethane which are flammable and harmful to the environment. Should have a blend of select high viscosity index solvent refined severely hydrofinished paraffin base oils and synthetic base fluids. It should incorporate solid lubricants & organo molybdenum disulphide to fill& lubricate micronized asperities toprovide & form many films on thecontact surfaces to prevent metal-to-metal contact. It shall be designed to be hand applied providing a tough 44 adherent Lubricant film with Tacky semi-dry finish reducing contaminant adhesion. The Lubricant Should Not form a difficult to remove thick DRY film which requires scrapping & solvent cleaning of Switch Plate specially before reapplication Thegrease should Not need Cleaning or scrapping before Reapplication. The Lubricant should be formulated for tropical climates and should not contain pour point depressants and should Not be too thin.
