Providing, installing and commissioning of electronic water level indicator for taking water level reading in Casagrande piezometer with stainless steel probe connected with indelibly graduated electric measurement cable having graduation at 0.5m interval & 200 m length (100m on spool with the device and 100 m as spare) as per IS 7356 (Part-I) 2002 etc. complete with all leads and lifts.

Supplying, Installing and Commissioning of Autographic Water Level Recorder (AWLR) with complete as directed by Engineer in charge. Assembly on site as per specifications excluding all taxes etc. and complete with all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Supplying, Installing and Commissioning of Pan Evaporimeter on site as per specifications mention is HIS manual and IS code (5973-1970) excluding all taxes etc. and complete with all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-10 of trap/ granite / quartzite / graded metal for foundation and bedding with Batching Plant and Transit Mixer including placing, centering, shuttering, compacting, curing, etc. complete as directed with all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap/granite / gneiss/quartzite/graded metal for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway downstream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments, slab etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, compacting, curing etc. complete as directed with all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing in position TMT-FE-500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels, pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules, including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed with all leads and lifts.

Dewatering by pumping out water collected with Diesel or Electrical pumps including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, providing sump and all other ancillary operations whenever necessary etc. complete under specific and indispensable circumstances with prior approval from competent authority with authentic evidence of records justifying dewatering etc. complete as directed with all leads and lifts.

Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter (0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. complete with lead up to 1 km and all lifts as directed.

Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by breaker including boulders above 0.6 m dia.(0.113Cum) minimizing damage to side slopes of excavation and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, levelling bed etc., complete with lead up to 1 km and all lifts as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the area as directed.

Providing and Laying factory made coloured chamfered edge Cement concrete grass paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine aggregate (natural sand/crushed sand VSI grade finely washed etc.), compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the fine aggregate (natural sand/crushed sand VSI grade finely washed etc.) bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine aggregate (natural sand/crushed sand VSI grade finely washed etc.) and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra fine aggregate (natural sand/crushed sand VSI grade finely washed etc.) and complete as per manufacturer specifications & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60mm thick CC paver block of M-35 grade concrete with approved colour and design & pattern etc. complete as directed with all leads and lifts.

Providing, supplying and installing in standard lengths ISI mark rigid unplasticised PVC pipes suitable for potable water with solvent cement joints including cost of couplers, as per IS specification no. 4985 / 1988 excluding GST levied by GOI and GOM in all respect, including transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to the departmental stores and stacking the same in closed shed duly protected from sun rays and rains including cost of jointing material i.e. solvent cement, etc. complete as directed with all leads and lifts. (selffit type to be jointed with cement solvent).

Providing and erecting chain link fencing 1.6 m height with G.I. chain link of size 50x50mm, 8 gauge thick and fixed 75 mm above ground level on vertical M.S .Angles of 40x40x6 mm size, including excavating pits for foundation and embedded in C.C .block of 1:4:8 mix of size 450x450x670 mm. at 1.75 m c/c with iron bar 16mm dia. as hold fast including welding link with angle frame at 30 cm c/c with nuts and bolts and horizontal M.S. angles at top and bottom of 25x25x5 mm size and vertical M.S. flat 35x5 mm and 25x5 mm horizontal including cross support of 40x40x6 mm angles both side at every corner or bend embedded in concrete blocks of 1:4:8 of size 450 x 450 x 670 mm including 3 coats of oil painting etc. complete as directed with all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying single coat of epoxy primer (4.42 sq. m per kg) (resin : hardener, 2:1) on old UCR / concrete surface etc. complete as directed with all leads and lifts..

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means -Grading I (Using Screening Type A (13.2mm) Aggregate) complete as directed with all leads and lifts.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means -Grading II (Using Screening Type B (11.2mm) Aggregate) complete as directed with all leads and lifts.

Providing and constructing 75 mm thick modified penetration macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 mm stone metal layers metal 30% crusher broken metal + 70% hand broken (By breaking rubble obtained by blasting), heating & spraying the bitumen of specified grade at 2 kg/sqm, spreading 12 mm size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete including picking of existing WBM surface as directed with all leads and lifts.( VG- 30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

BITUMINOUS MACADAM:--Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregate of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported at site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface , finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 80/100 mm compacted thickness with drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA having complying essential features of Hot mix plant as per IRC-27 2009 specified conditions and attachments such as electronic load sensor based belt conveyers, automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate fedder, built in dust controller system and PLC for Drum Mix plant ,Sensor paver, and Vibratory roller excluding prime/Tack coat etc. complete as directed with all leads and lifts. --Bitumen 3.30% of specified grade (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying OGC 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime / tack and Seal coat. For Bitumen of specified grade--USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller (Over MPM Surface) etc. complete as directed with all leads and lifts. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of specified grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen @ 0.98 kg/sqm. by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. etc. complete as directed with all leads and lifts. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

B) ELECTRICAL WORKS

Supplying, erecting and commissioning of diesel generating set with alternator of 125 kVA output continuous rating, 3 phase, 415 V, 50c/s 0.8 p. f. A.C a totally enclosed air cooled / liquid cooled multi-cylinder diesel engine developing suitable BHP at 1500 rpm with 10% overload for 1 hour in 12 hours, along with standard accessories, self-excited, self-regulated, screen protected alternator with static excitation system running at 1500 RPM as per IS 4722-2001 with voltage regulation +/- 5 %. Both the engine and alternator direct coupled on a common fabricated steel base frame and mounted on anti-vibrating pads with standard control panel comprising meters, switchgears, indicators connected with suitable wires/cables, the complete set enclosed in composite Acoustic enclosure as fully assembled integral unit made of 16 SWG CRCA Sheet, sound absorbing material to restrict sound level up to 75 dB at 1.0 m, provided with first filling of oil, diesel etc. as per specification no. GEN-DG

Supplying and erecting LED street light fitting suitable for 60W lamp, including lamp, with PF > 0.95 class IP 65 and above housing of pressure die cast aluminum alloy and heat sink extruded aluminum complete as per specification No FGODF/FLS-2.

Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Advanced Early Streamer Emission (ESE) Type of Lighting Arrestor of covering a radius of 110 meter for level 3 protection. When mounted at a height of 5 meter above terrace floor level, Having triggering time 63 microseconds. Lightning air terminal should be totally autonomous device. It is designed to work on positively as well as negatively charged cloud conditions. The internal triggering circuitry & electronics should contain ambient electric field sensor, charge accumulator, command & HV amplifier, transformer & triggering release. It should be designed as per NFC 17-102 &IEC 60- 1:1989 standards. The ESE terminal should be tested by CPRI for the Impulse current of 40 KA (8/20 micro sec) with 5 positive & 5 negative impulse. with following specification of current capacity 200 KA(10/35 s),capacity against wind speed 40 m/s, dimension 39cm, lower diameter of ESE terminal should be 30.5 cm , weight=4 kg. The ESE Lightning Arrester should be tested in MSME- Development institute, along with 2 digit transient event counter with display digit from 0 to 99 for a minimum of count impulse of > 1 kA (8/20 micro sec) with degree of protection of IP 20 with three earthing electrode of 1 mtr length in grid.

C) MECHANICAL WORKS

Dismantling & replacing old damaged brake – 1 No. set by new one (200mm Ø) of 42 MT cap hoist of radial gate. Complete job with cost of labour &material charges.

Dismantling & replacing old damaged ICTP switch 32 Amp 415V with neutral link- 1 No (as per specification) by new one of 42 MT cap hoist of radial gate. Complete job with cost of materials, sundry material and labour charges.

Dismantling of damaged wire rope of 25 MT cap hoist – 1 No. providing & fixing wire rope 24 mm diameter – 166 mtr long, in 4 falls (Indian plough Galvanized FMC, having UTS 175 to 190 kg/mm2, construction 6X36, Regular lay as per IS 2226) applying cardium compound (servo coat 140) -20 kg carrying load test with satisfactory test & trial. Complete job with material & labour charges.

Checking & tightening of various Nuts bolts & replacing damaged ones of pedastals, RGB, motor, brake drums & couplings of wire rope drum type 25 MT capacity hoist- 1 No. Complete job with cost of sundry materials and labour charges.

Dismantling & replacing old damaged brake -1 No set by new one (200 mm Ø) of 42 MT cap hoist of radial gate. Complete job with cost of labour & material charges.

Supply and erection 15KW& 20 HP motor to 1.2X 1.2m wire rope drum type hoist of Emergency Gate.

Dismantling of damaged wire rope of 25 MT cap hoist – 1 No. providing & fixing wire rope 32 mm diameter – 260 mtr. Long in 4 falls (Indian plough Galvanized FMC, having UTS 175 to 190 kg/mm2, construction 6X36, Regular lay as per IS 2226) applying cardium compound (servo coat 140) -20 kg carrying load test with satisfactory test & trial. Checking & tightening of various Nuts bolts & replacing damaged ones of pedastals, RGB, motor, brake drums & couplings of wire rope drum type 25 MT capacity hoist- 1 No. Complete job with cost of sundry materials and labour charges.

Providing, erecting, testing and commissioning C.I. Glandless sluice valves suitable for working pressure of 16 kg/cm2 with standard non rising spindle, hand wheel, cap etc. and manufactured as per IS 2906/14846 and as per detailed specification at RD 240m.
