M & L for cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc, from PVC tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n. exc 500 Ltrs and from mouth by emptying, drying, cleaning by using bleaching powder 500 gms minimum for each tank applying the internal surfaces, scrubbing the dust with wire brush, after removing inlet and out let pipes (also cleaning the mouths of circulating pipe) and refixig including printing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel white paint in proper format and reconnecting all inlet and outlet pipes complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: If float valve broken at the time of cleaning the contractor has to replace it without any extra payment.

Supply & replace gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 25 mm. including taking down complete all as specified and as directed. Comprehensive Maintenance for water purifier of any make / model including replacement of defective spare parts all as directed by the Enginer-in-charge and making the units functional as per requirement and emergency mainenance. Note: - (1) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately. (2) If found water purifier unserviseable during contract period the contractor has responsible to repair without any extra cost.

M & L for cleaning of overhead water reservoir 1.5 lakhs gallon capacity on 25 metre staging by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching power and fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled water including Lime washing inside the tank the capacity of sump and date of cleaning with white paint over black painted surface complete in complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - The internal surface of overhead/UG sump will be applied of two coat of bleaching powder in liquid form on the surface of internal roof/wall of tank.

All as per item No. 27.00 above but of capacity 2 Lakh G.

M & L for cleaning of underground Static water tank or STP water storage tank by pumping out the water below foot valve and cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching powder and fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and pumping out soiled water complete including one coate of weather proof white cement paint writting the capacity and date of cleaning with white paint over black painted surface in all respect and complete all as specified and as directed.
