Complete dismantling of alternator, main stator with rotor assembly. Removing burnt copper wire checking and cleaning of alternator body rewinding with new copper wire of required guage alongwith all required insulation materials . Replacement of Automatic voltage Regulator , Diodes for rotating Rectifier Assembly(RRA) etc. Overhauling of stator with rotor, Assembly and main stator and fitment of AVR coupled alternator with engine, connecting all dismantled cable and testing of alternator on load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
