Supply and installation & testing of solar water heating system, tube collector/flat collector type as directed by Engr-incharge with heat exchanger 200 ltr per day capacity with electrical heating back up complete and all fittings/fixtures, best quality PVC tank double layer of required capacity, PPR pipe for Hot & Cold water with insulation, gate valves (Brass inserted), CP taps, PPR pipe fittings, PVC sheathed cable connection with required fitting fixtures as per OEM specifications including, civil work, MS frame etc complete as per OEM specification The following aspects shall be born in mind while quoted rate:

(a) Make of Solar Heating System : V-Guard/Kamal Solar/Supreme Solar/Solar Sack or Approved make/OEM as per Min of Renewable Energy/Concerned Auth of Govt of India (b) Bidders are requested to visit site to assess the fittings/fixtures, length of pipe etc. for assement of Rate length of pipe shall be taken as 10 RM, (beyond 10RM shall be paid separately) PVC Tank capacity - 500 Ltr, MS frame/brackets as reqd. (c) All fittings/fixtures and associated items as per OEM instructions shall be best quality and as approved by GE. (d) Testing shall be done as per OEM instructions (e) PCC/MS frame work required is included in unit rate (f) Finishing work like painting, distempering matching to existing surface. (g) Quoted rate shall be deemed inclussive all above factors.

Supply only 3-layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipe (PN 16/SDR 7.4) UV stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings, floors or in trenches etc of size 32 to 40 mm OD complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning silent generating set with accoustic enclosure of capacity 250 KVA Diesel Engine driven 3 phase 415 Volt, 4 wire, 50 hz , 0.8 PF,1500 RPM engine as per IS : 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV+ Norms and suitable foundation complete all per OEM instructions and as specified & directed with comprising of the followings :-

(a) Prime Mover : Suitable for driving 250 KVA alternator, battery (electric start) diesel engine of suitbale capacity BHP confirming latest IS and a fuel tank suitable for 12 hours consumption capacity in built, rated for continues running, load testing of DG set with capable of taking 10% over load for one hour in any 12 hrs during test taking into consideration de-rating due to altitude/temp & complete with following standard accessories. (i) Fly wheel and fly wheel housing to match with the flexible coupling. (ii) Flexible coupling with guard. (iii) Air cleaner dry type. (iv) Lubricating oil filter,flow paper element type. (v) Blower type fan. (vi) Fuel pump. (vii) Governor class 'A' governing as per latest IS. (viii)Turbo charger

(ix) Fuel Tank, (x) Batteriey/s and leads, (xi) Residential silencer (xii) Std Control Panel, (xiii) First fill of Lube Oil & Coolant, (xiv) AVM pads (xv) AC Supply installation testing and commissioning DG set 250 KVA with standard panels, cables fdn etc confirming to CPCB IV Norms (xvi) Testing of DG set to be conducted with load bank equipment by contractor at his own cost in presence of Accpeting Officer Rep (xvii) Working Manual & Tools as per OEM shall be provided

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip procted by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt Medium grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip upto main earthing of pole complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed. Notes as under:-

(i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 metres length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 metres shall be measured and paid for seperately under appropriate item of Sch A part-I. (iii) On testing after completion if desired resistanace is not obtained, the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
