Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand manufacturer over the plastered wall sufrace to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (Ref:- 13.80)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Old Work (one or more coats) (Ref:- 13.90.1)

Providing and fixing 3" thick, wooden partition. The partition include 2"x2" well seasoned soft wood frame duly treated with antitermite coating. After fixing the frame, 12mm thick BWP ply on both side fix on frame then 1.0mm thick approved laminate shall fix on both side of partition above ply. The work includes necessary cuttings, holes, openings for electrical, internet or other services on the partition. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Ref:- N.S.)

Supply of two seater arm rest both sides sofa with approved design, colour and fabric and required foam of appropraite density. The base of sofa shall have spring frame of G.I. wire. Complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. (Ref:- N.S.)

Supply & Fixing Office Table(5'-0" X 2'-0" X 2'-6") with Side credenza. The top of the table shall be made out prelaminated 18 mm thick High Pressure Laminate/Compact Laminate board/sheet.Frame and leg of the table shall be made out of 50 x 25 x 1.2 mm thick precoated CRCA pipe with rubber base and modesty front panel(full width) shall be made out of 1.0mm thick precoated CRCA sheet and 600mm high. The sides of the tables shall have precoated M.S. CRCA square perforated sheet of same size as table width & height. The tabel shall have one pull out drawer of same material with lockable arrangment. The side table(Credenza) shall be of Overall size: 900mm L x 450mmD x 750mm Ht. The frame of side table shall have 50mm X 25mm X 1.0mm box section MS CRCA precoated sheet, with PVC base buffer. The three sides of side table shall be covered with 1.0mm thick CRCA precoated M.S. sheet.Top of table shall be made out of 18mm thick HPL sheet. The side table shall have two shelves(3 compartment).The welding wherever is required to be carried out with Resistance welding (Mig Welding). The complete body undergoes degreasing, derusting, phosphating & passivation before being powder coated and baked in oven at a temperature of 200oC. Complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge at site.(Ref N.S)

CHAIR WITH HIGH BACK FOR OFFICE TABLE The overall size of Chair shall be : Total height 955 to 1050 +/-5 mm, Back Width 480 mm at Top and 470mm at bottom, Seat Width 490 +/-5 mm, Seat Depth 430+/-5 mm and Seat height 440mm to 540 mm +/-5mm range. And over all chair width should be 560 +/-5mm and Overall chair depthshould be 660 +/-5mm. Seat and back should be made up of foam pre moulded at 55 kg/m3 density. hardness of 25+ 3kgf at 50% deflection conforming to IS 3400. Seat and back shall be upholstered with 100% polyster fabric of 295 GSM abrasion > 50000 cycles. No flamming or progressive smoldering within one hour of placement of the cigarettes. Fire rated fabric confirming to BS EN 1021 (match) should be used. The chair shall be supplied with Height adjastable back rest upto 50mm. The Chair should be provided with synchro mechanism with single lever with one position lock. The mechanism shall allow 360 degree revolving feature along with height adjustablility. One Way Adjustable Arms (Height) to be provied with height adjustment button made of Delrin P 500. The mechansim shall possess seat to back recline ratio of 3:7. The Gas Lift used shall be class 4 tested as per ANSI BIFMA standards. Nylon Base to be provied. Twin castors 50 mm dia with PA6 material complying to ANSI/ BIFMA X 5.1 2017 standards. the axle pin shall be rust protected zinc passivated. The base shall be 660 mm PCD (26 inches) five pronged bases made up of PA6, 30% glass filled reinforced with bottom ribbing for additional buttress and strenght.

Visitor Chair Seat size: Frame : The Frame will be made out of ERW tubes with 25 mm diameter and 2.5 mm thickness pipe conforming to IS – 4923. Surface finish: Frame is powder coated to provide an attractive finish. It will be in black colour. The powder coating pre-treatment is carried out with three in one chemical. After pre-treatment process, the components are powder coated for better adhesion of paint. The frames are powder coated with epoxy polyester powder to the thickness of 40-60 microns as per IS 101 and oven baked at 180°. Seat: Fabric Upholstery: Seat is upholstered with approved fabric Fabric : 100% polyester- 220 GSM. Abrasion- > 50000 cycles Foam: Cushion with pre moulded foam of 50 - 55 kg/m3 density in the shape of plywood. Hardness – 22 to 28 kgf at 50% deflection. Ply wood: 12 mm thick with 8 to 9 ply. Back: The back is upholstered with 12 mm plywood and pre molded foam in an exclusive profile for sturdiness and ergonomic comfort with height adjustment Arms: Fixed Arms Injection molded fixed arms- PP . Dimensions: Back width : 470 mm, Total height : 980 mm, Back height- 585 mm. Seat width : 485 mm, Seat depth : 465 mm, Seat height : 475 mm.(Ref:- N.S.)

Supply & Fixing of File Storage Cabinet Body of the storage cabinet 6'-0" X 1'-6" X3'-0" shall be made out of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet and doors to be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet. Provided with two adjustable shelves thus making three storage compartments. Doors shall be fixed with the help of steel hinges. Doors(float glass finish)shall be lockable. Providing and making 19mm thick ply board Centre table size 4'-0" x 2'-0" to be finished with 1.0m thick wooden laminate of approved make & colour. The table shall have also ine shelf under the main top of same material & finish. The frame of table shall be of 2.5" X 2" hollock wood duly polished & to be matched with same laminate of top. Providing and fixing zebra roller blinds (strip/sheet/semi transparent ) of approved shade and colour with revloving rod, motion strip , transverse chord pulleys and control unit along with head rail 9made of heavy duty PVC ) . The blinds shall have protective coating on louvers /strips must be streamlined profile . The mecahnical part of aluminium metal shall be precaoted .
