Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints(P ayment for grouting of joints to be made separately). a) Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardantPVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Providing and fixing 50 mm thick sandwich roof puff panel (factory made only) as per specification as follow. A) Outer sheet; 0.50 mm (TCT) precoated galvanized trapezoidal steel sheet having minimum 30mm crest depth, polyester top coat & alkyd backer. Zinc coating shall be 120gsm as per IS-277. Top coat polyester 15-18 microns over 5-7 micron epoxy primer b) Insulation: High density puff insulation c) Inner Sheet: Colour coated galvanized , slightly ribbed. Providing and laying Vitrified full body floor tile in size 600 x 600mm (16 mm) thickness with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make in all colours and shades , light dark combination, laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of aluminum window/door with ground surface aluminum tubuler section (75X25X2mm thickness), main frame to be fixed to RCC beams/ columns/ wall structural with aluminum desigened aluminum bracket and stainless steel anchor fartners, between metal to beams/ columns/ wall, and Z section series 70X42X2mm thickness, to be fixed with stainless scews between gound surface frame and horizontal/ vertical frame, mulian 70X62X2mm thickness, glass fixed with DGU glass clip. Coating of aluminum section will be done with 50-60 micron pure polyester powder coating of required colour as per direction of engineer in charge. 25mm DGU glass consisting of hermetically sealed insulated glass comprising with 6mm clear toughened glass+12mm Airgap+6mm clear toughened glass with characteristics as per specification fixed in pricise size in center of aluminum section, with heavy duty, best quality EPDM gaskit at between aluminum member and glass both side. Wall panels should be termite proof and water proof. Wall panels should be usable on damp walls .Final surface has groove at end of every plank.To be installed as specified and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick toughened glass partition supported at bottom on floor and aluminium section with snap beading (upto 2.4 m height) with all necessary fitting and fixture of approved make ozone or equivelent including glass preparation, cutting holes, countersunk holes as per fittings and filling the gaps with silicon sealant complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(fittings to be paid seperately)

P/F 8mm thick glass table top (the glass edges should be smooth and rounded properly) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (a) 8 mm thick clear glass top

Providing and fixing at all floors Roller blinds of make Mac/Hunter Douglas/Aerolux/Vista all complete as per direction of Engineer.

Providing green colour hessian cloth for nurseries etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer.

Deduct for taking away of steel work in frames, shutters, trusses, channels, beams, Tee, angles, bolts, washers etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.

Deduct for taking away of aluminium butt hinges, sliding door bolts, tower bolts, pull boly lock, handle, door stopper, casement stay, tee chanals, plates, frames, shutters, partition, tubular sections etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.

Deduct for taking away of Wooden/plywood frames and/or shutters for Doors/windows/ clerestory windows, trusses, battens, particle board, glazed, wired, panelled etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete. upto 2.00 sqm
