Section -I

Taking down/out unserviceable control panel and Supply, installations, commissioning and testing of of MICRO PROCESSOR and latest technology based controller SP3 panel along with travelling cable and complete shaft harness, all necessary wiring and all connected accessories for VVVF drive of 11 KW, 380/480 volts, 50 Hz as per sample suitable for 13 passengers lift (make of lift M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd.) of serving Ground + Eight Floors (total Nine Landings) with electric power operated doors and comprising with following complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation). (i) Automatic call register and execution system. (ii) Automatic attendant system. (iii) Automatic closure of fan independent if the lift is not in operation for more than 45 seconds. (iv) Over load/ low voltage/ single phase protections. (v) Make of drive:- Yaskawa/ Emerson/ Fuji. (vi) Automatic phase reversal system. (vii) AC 3 phase 415 volts VVVF door drive of suitable capacity 2 HP for door operating system with wiring complete. (viii) Cooling fan for air circulation in controller. (ix) Read switch, limit switch and decoder etc. with wiring. (x) Hooter with battery fixed at ground floor with proper wiring with control panel in all blocks. (xi) Arrangement of Fire main switch at ground floor with wiring complete.

NOTES for item No. 2:- (a) The Controller should compatible to run the lift G+ Eight floors (total nine landings) having cooling fan and sufficient space for VVVF drive. (b) Main VVVF drive should be provide with calibration pad & proper mounting in controller alongwith any other connectection as required. (c) Any other arrangement/ alteration for smooth functioning of lifts should be done by contractor with out any extra cost. (d) The control wiring shall be secured & confirmed to standard wiring practice & it should be proper fixing on wall/ in duct cover with clamping, saddling, etc. complete. (e) The controller shall be required to connect, transfer & interrupt power supply & protect the motor against over load. (f) During the execution of work any civil/ cement work done by contractor with own arrangement and no extra cost. (g) If any vibration in lift during travelling will rectify by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply, installation,commissioning & testing of Landing Operating Panel (LOP) set total 09 Nos qty per lifts ( Landing Dispaly) with card, LOP box, wiring along with all connected accessories complete suitable for 13 Passenger lifts (make of lift M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd.) serving Ground + Eight (Total Nine landings) including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply, installation,commissioning & testing of full Cabin Operated Panel (COP) with push box along with all connected accessories complete suitable for 13 Passenger lifts (make of lift M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd.) serving Ground + Eight (Total Nine landings) including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning ARD 2.5KVA (Automatic Rescue Device) with panel and including necessary internal wiring work, suitable for M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd. make of lift for 13 passenger Lifts including ARD batteries of capacity 12V, 9AH - 04 Nos including taking down old unserviceable ARD complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of ARD:- As per OEM recommendation).(Make of battery:- EXIDE/ AMARON/ STANDARD FURKKAVA) .

Supply and fixing of elevator fire man switch box including necessary wiring from machine room to groung floor with all fixing accessories suitable for 08/13 passenger lifts of Make Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd (as per sample) including taking down old unserviceable one and grouting/ cutting in existing wall and plaster work to match the disturbed surface with existing one complete all as specified and as directed. Make -As per OEM Recommended

Taking down and supply & fixing in replacement of new OSG Pit wheel / Sheave for 13/08 passenger Johnson lift complete all as specified and as directed. ( Make- As per OEM Recommendation)

Taking down and supply & fixing in replacement new aluminium car door/ landing door sill of size 1700mm x 50mm x 30 mm deep for the 08 passenger Johnson lift complete all as specified and as directed. ( Make- As per OEM Recommendation)

Taking down and supply & fixing in replacement new aluminium car door/ landing door sill of size 1800mm x 50mm x 30mm deep for the 13 passenger Johnson lift complete all as specified and as directed. ( Make- As per OEM Recommendation)

Supply and fixing of OSG rope of size 6 strands x 19 of nominal dia 6 mm suitable for Johnson make lifts 13/08 passenger Lifts including taking down old unserviceable rope complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, installation,commissioning & testing of uninterrupted power supply (UPS) system 0.6 KVA capacity for minimum 120 minutes backup for intercom systems power backup, Sinewave form ouput, 230 Volt ,50Hz, Power factor>0.9, should take care of 100% load transfer without break, IP 20 protection incl battery bank and necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed. Make : APC/ Luminious/Microtek

M & L for painting on lift cabin ( 13 passenger Lift) mild steel surfaces after proper covering of COP,handrails,mirrors display board etc including preparation of old steel surface of cabin girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ist grade quality) (approx 14.20 Sqm area per cabin) by spray painting including making good all distrubed surface of lift cabin of 13 Passenger Lift complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for painting on lift landing door/ car door mild steel surfaces including preparation of old steel surface of door and cabin girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel Duco paint( Ist grade quality) over location approx 1.6 Sqm area by spray painting including making goods all distrubed surface of door of 08/13 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of paint:- ASIAN/ BERGER/ JHONSON & NICHOLSON/ SHALIMAR)

M & L for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car cabin including ceiling and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to lift cabins surfaces of 08 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car cabin including ceiling and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to lift cabins surfaces of 13 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car door/ landing door of 08/13 passenger lift and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to doors & facia surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Pit water proofing includes following steps :- (i) Cleaning of lift Pit with wire brush/washing. (ii) Fixing of 10mm dia Aqua TP grouting nipple upto 75mm depth by drilling with 12mm bore hole & fixing in cement mortar @2/Sqm.
