Dismentling AC sheets ( corrugated or semi-corrugated) sheets in roofcovering or rain sheds ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F Rolled section with with Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B, as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc cozting GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tappping screws ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of New surface of steel and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including removing debris/rubbish materials off the site ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plaster 20mm thick (15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4) with using integral water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note: Integral liquid water proofing compound to be used in per bag of cement shall be as per manufacturers instructions and paid separately under respective items.).

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 finished with neeru finish as specified on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor rendering 5mm thick in cm 1:3 on fair faces of concrete as in soffit/ ceilling or slab, chhajjas finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces ,and applying 2 coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistent primer over 1 mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of walls and applying 2 coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistent primer over 1 mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M & L for Preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic water/weather proof exterior emulsion coating over one coat of primer all as per manufactures instructions including preparation of new/old surfaces of wall/ complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismaintling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles(Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- Floor tiles repair with matching tiles in several Patches with proper levelling and fixing with existing tiles.

M&L Coloured Glazed Ceramic tiles 300 x 200 and 6-7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Granite slab work 18 to 20mm thick in floors steps, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto as per Srl Item No 18.00 above but as in vertical surface including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 .

S & F of Stainless steel Peg hook set of Six all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on surface of wall etc in any position washing down with water and clearing the surface from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungi, algai, flakes etc, and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic paint over a coat of weather proof primer with camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L for preperation of old surface by bio wash, scrapping and cleaning etc of slope roof of concrete, asbestos cement sheet and applying two coats of weatherproof acrylic paint over a coat of weather proof primer with camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L for preperation of old painted steel surface and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer in different shades with camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.
