Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) in roof coverings all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing mild steel works in roof trussed framed, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angles, channel or flat sections) MS pipe etc including distance pieces, cleats etc. (Fe- 410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying 5.3mm ESD-SPU antiskid floor coating system including surface preparation by cleaning surface from dust, dirt, muck, moisture and all foreign material and cleaned by mechanical means using mechanical scrubber/grinder, chemical treatment for cleaning oil if required followed by application of primer Cipoxy 15 P which shall be a two component, solvent free, epoxy poly amido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing 2:1 to yield thickness of 200 microns then providing and applying the screed layer with Cipoxy 15 S of minimum thickness 3000 microns, the self leveling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy amine cured system and graded aggregate ( special silica). The epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in 2:2 ratio, the aggregates shall be added in the ratio of 1:3 or 1:3:5 over that copper tape 100microns thick and 25mm width, connected to existing earth pit having spacing 10m both directions, then conductive primer coat of Floor kote ESD to a thickness of 100 micron and then top coat of ESD-EPU antiskid Cipy Cipothane ESD 108 which shall be supplied in pre-weighed packs and ready to mix and use which will consist of resin, hardner, EPI (colour concentrate) formulated aggregate and carbon fibre + special anti skid silica sand. All these to be mixed in the pre weighed ratio, add EPI colour (colour concentrate) and formulated aggregates + special antiskid silica sand to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and lay the mixture to the thickness of 2000 microns then decorate by using spike rollers and to allow to cure for a minimum period of 48 hours before trafficking is commenced. Over top coat demarcation paint with fluorescent will be applied all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coats of Anti corrossive paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer with complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old rusted steel surfaces and apply one coat of anti corrossive paint over a coat of Anti corrosive primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry grade C5 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls including racking out joints ,hacking for key,scrubing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for rendering in cement mortar 1 : 6 ,15mm thickness on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing two coats of oil-bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resistant primer on new plastered surfaces including wall care putty 1 mm thick including necessary preparation to surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including cornices and applying one coat of white wash on wall fascia cornices etc complete all as specified and as directed.(Including removal of all vegetation).

Material & Labour for providing one coat of heat resistant paint on old treated surfaces of any description all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for rendering in cement mortar 1 : 4 (10+5)=15mm thickness on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC on top 5mm thick only all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal painting) over a coat of acrylic emulsion primer on new surface including preparation of surface of any description all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified, weighing not less than 4.0 kg per Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm by torching the membrane including sealing the over lap while torching with 100mm on length side and 100mm wide side as per manufactorer instuctions including joints and changes in direction the curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 Ml/bag of cment cured well before laying of membrane all as per manufacturer instructions and to the satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge including two coats of bituminous aluminium paint all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured for payment (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of primer APP membrane & SBR Latex.

M&L for priming the old/new steel reinforcement bars with one coat as approved by brush applicaton all as specified and as directed.

M & L for previously prepared steel/concrete surface and apply concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor complete all as specified. Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring any type (light, fan socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendants, regulators, sockets etc to be measured separately) removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one light point controlled by one switch with cables 2.5 Sqmm copper cable FRLSH multistranded unsheathed drawn through in concealed stove enamelled steel conduit not less than 20 mm dia in wall and 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth wire including making connection with common earth and earth dolly and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors to match with existing surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing FIAMMA II flameproof 2x20W LED Tubelight fixture with IP 65 protection etc. complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size in flexible metal pipe with connector on both sides all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing flameproof 60 Watts LED floodlight fixture with IP 65 protection etc. complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size in flexible metal pipe with connector on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing submain wiring with 3 Runs (Phase, Neutral and Earth) of 2.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, 1100 volts, FRLSH copper conductor cable drawn in and including concealed stove enamelled steel conduit in wall of suitable size not less than 20 mm dia with all accessories as required and connecting to existing main switch board/Distribution Board/Earth continuity and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Note :- 03 run of 2.5 sqmm and 01 run of steel conduit shall be measured as one length.

Supply & Fixing submain wiring with 3 Runs (Phase, Neutral and Earth) of 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, 1100 volts, FRLSH copper conductor cable drawn in and including concealed stove enamelled steel conduit in wall of suitable size not less than 20 mm dia with all accessories as required and connecting to existing main switch board/Distribution Board/Earth continuity and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Supply & Fixing submain wiring with 3 Runs (Phase, Neutral and Earth) of 6 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, 1100 volts, FRLSH copper conductor cable drawn in and including concealed stove enamelled steel conduit in wall of suitable size not less than 20 mm dia with all accessories as required and connecting to existing main switch board/Distribution Board/Earth continuity and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix MCB, single pole, 6-32 Amp, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve 10KA all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs MCCB (DB) vertical TPN 8 way double door with suitable size of busbar neutral/earth link connector complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs MCCB 100 Amps, 415V, 4 Pole, 16 kA braking capacity suitable for VTPN DB complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for existing damaged earthing near explosive area provn of electro grip safe chemical earthing , electrode made of 17mm dia 250micron copper bonded rod, 3 mtr long with connecting strip head with SS fastener, inspection joint box and also connect copper strip with electrode rod and inspection joint box with nut, bolts and GI washers etc . The electrodes will be filled with highly conductive non-corrosive crystalline conductive mixture with connective arrangement for connection of strip/cable etc. The electrode will be installed along with conductive and low resistance powder tested to the resistivity of 0.2 ohms as per IEC 62561-7 read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4 connected to copper strip by means of nut bolts check nuts and washer of GI or steel including necessary drilling in earth upto 3 mtr in any type of soil for inserting electrode in any type of strata, HDPE earth pit cover of suitable size and earth pit cover with frame including chemical using for such type of earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 16 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor drawn in through concealed steel conduit/pipe and connecting from existing earthing to Distribution box complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm copper strip for grounding of equipment’s all as specified and as directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made out of gun metal 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed including three Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws and including provision of suitable MS box made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet to accommodate the terminal block all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade use for the protection of copper strip all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm fix on porcelain insulator for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level as lighting conductor (including insulater) for building /store shed all as specified and as directed.including removing the old U/S strips.

Supply and fixing Air termination, single pointed Copper Rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level as lighting conductor (including insulater) for building /store shed all as specified and as directed including removing the old U/S strips.
