Manning and Operation of Central heating system at 6 sikh in three shifts per day ( Each shift of 08 hrs ) including maintance of boiler plant and maintaining all documents/ records as required, and cleaning of plant and surrounding area, complete all as specified and as directed (a) Hot water generator (Boiler) 600000k Cal/hr Glycol based type-03 Nos. (b) Hot water generator (Boiler) 400000k Cal/hr Glycol based type-01 No (c) LT panel for CHS - 01 No (d) Main control panel - 01 No. (e) Fuel pump 1 HP -03 Nos. (f) Thermic fluid motor 7.5 HP- 03 Nos. Note: The Contractor shall employ following staff per day for operation on plant in each shift : (I) Boiler/ DG Set Operator- 03 Nos. per day ( 01 No in each shift of 08 hours, in three shifts daily). (II) The contractor shall be responsible for doing minor nature of complaints viz (i) Cleaning of air filters of FCU, ii) Stopping of leakage of glycol by providing teflon tap or suitable packing or M-seal as per the requirement of site from any place of the system of CHS, iii) Attending any nature of CHS complaints and rectification thereof, iv) Repair of insulation of pipe line of CHS by binding it with transperent adhesive tap, v) Tightening of any loose electrical connection from LT panel / FCU, Cleaning of Contactors, all as directed at site. (III) Installation shall be maintained and operated round the clock incuding Sunday and Holidays

(IV) Operating DG Set (Stand by) as and when required or main supply goes off including maintenance of DG set and maintaining daily log sheet. (V) Testing of Heating efficiency once in a week at the user out let point and recording test result in a register and to be get signed by Engineer-in-Charge and maintaining the consumption of Glycol which will be issued under Sch 'B' free for colloect from MES store yard time to time as & when required. (VI) Carry out weekly maintenance of electrical panels installed in CHS Plant and intimate to Engr-in-Charge immediatetly for any defects/break down/repairs required. (VII) Carry out tightening of nuts and bolts, replace whenever required, and apply and grease. (VIII) Proper dress i.e. overall combinaion of grey/navy blue colour, protective clothing, protective shoes, mask, gloves, material like cotton waste/jute etc. testing instruments and other equipment required for maintenance and operation shall be arranged by the contractor wihin the overall cost quoted against the item. No extra amount shall be paid separately on this account. (Recovery will be made against non wearing of uniform @ Rs 250/- per shift and Recovery for absent from duty (per shift) will be recovered @ double the wages of per shift) (IX) Safety devices as per latest IS shall be arranged by the contractor for his labour deployed in maintenance and operatin work. Also necessary T&P required while working shall be arranged by the contactor at this own cost. No extra amount shall be entertained separately on this account. (X) Register, Log sheet and other stationery items to be provided by the contractor within the overall cost quoted against the item.
