Light point controlled by one piano type 5 amp switch complete all as directed.

One Fan (Ceiling/Exhaust/Wall) point controlled by one piano type 5 amp switch and fan regulator complete all as directed.

One light point controlled by two 2 way switches complete all as directed.

One socket outlet 3 pin 5 Amps on the same board controlled by separate switch. (Switch, socket shall be measured separately) complete all as directed.

One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps on independent board complete all as directed. (Switch, socket shall be measured separately).

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on independent board on the same board withother switches in independent with cables 1.5 sq.mm size complete all as directed.

All as per above item No 115 here-in-before but with 2.50 Sq mm un-sheathed multistranded cable for one socket outlet 15 Amps independent including continuous copper earth wire, PVC insulated of 2.50 Sq mm size complete all as directed. (Switch, Socket shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fixing in replacement of TPN Vertical Type Distribution Board, IP-43 protection, fitted with bus bars, neutral links, blanking plates (with out MCCB), 415 volts, 4 way double door type, grouted in wall in cement mortar 1:3 and making good of disturbed surface and matching with existing surface,including taking down old DBs complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB, 4P, rated current 63 Amp, breaking capacity 16/18 kA thermal magnetic type and making electrical connection including taking down old MCCB complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB, IP-43, SPN, 240 volts ,8 way, double door type grouted in wall in cement mortar 1:3 and making electrical connection, including taking down old DBs complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN,32 Amps, 240 volts, 10 KA 'C' Curve characteristics, including taking out old unserviceable Isolator & electrical connection complete all as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised wire 4 mm dia (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 20 mm light grade for protection of GI earth wire by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm), funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs including taking down old u/s one complete all as directed. Note:- On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete and other connected accessories including service bracket of GI pipe 25/32 mm bore medium grade of length 0.9 mtr with MS clamps, bolts, nuts, and washers as required at site and making electrical connection with Copper wire 2 core of 1 Sqmm including taking down old unserviceable light any capacity any type complete all as directed.

Taking down of existing ceiling fan from any height, opening and dismantling for greasing and painting of fans complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler one coat after cleaning all dust writing MES No with black paint etc and hanging of fans at same location including clamp with nut/bolt (with clipping arrangement) and rubber bush of any make connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250mm complete all as directed. Note- cost for making holes, plastering and painting to match with existing surface for fixing of exhaust fan deemed to be includes in qouted rates..

M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole and including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, sand, new bricks for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperatly in respective items here- in- after.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

M& L for Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 complete all as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness shalll be considered for paymet.

M&L for laying bricks 'B' class, designation -75, over a cable (Width wise) laid dried complete all as directed.

M& L for GI tubing medium grade of size 40 mm bore fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc including taking down of old unseviceable pipe any type and any size complete all as directed. Note - Excavation/PCC cutting to be paid separately in respective items.
