Demolition Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing rubbish from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with first class bricks having crushing strength of 75 kg/sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with first class bricks having crushing strength of 75 kg/sqcm, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. including removing of rubbish material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 fair surface of ceiling finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic tiles (heavy duty endura) 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but nexc 0.18 sqm in floorsetc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in cement morter 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

M&L for joint free Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but nexc 0.18 sqm in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed. M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 350 mm x 250 mm x 7mm/ 450 x 350 x 7mm thick, in dado skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note: screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dados , skirting and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but nexc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement morter 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 20mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

M&L for coloured cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx20mm thick,machine pressed,in floors, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments to match etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement morter 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

M&L for 60 mm thick, M-35 Grade PCC interlocking tiles rubber moulded and chemical coated of size and shape as approved set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments, laid dry on sand not less than 50 mm thick (including), interstices filled in floors/ pathway complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushion shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in floors and jointed in grey cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of kota stone over 20mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:6 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado, over and including cement screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabe incl rubbing and granite polishing complete all as specified and directed.
