1. Monthly visit of qualified experienced engineer for all required functional checks such as detectors, hooters, response Indicators, control panel, battery, cylinder pressure, Elec. actuator, delivery hose, inter hose, check valve, panel timer, cross zonning, gas release switch, gas abort switch for FM 200 gas suppression addressable fire alarm system as per standard practice including attending complaints/ breakdown, minor repair, if any, during that month and submission of report. (Non Comprehensive).
2. Dismantling / Removal of 02 Nos. cylinders from the existing operating system, packing of cylinders in wooden crates, trans portation of cylinders from NATS to refilling plant ( Filling plant UTC (Carrier), Gurgaon, Manesor or any where at refilling plant of OEM), Decanting and refilling of FM-200 gas considering vapour loss of Gas, Checking the leakage in cylinders, checking of valves, refilling of nitrogen gas if required, transporting back the cylinders from refilling plant to NATS Complex, re-installation of cylinder, testing commissioning etc. complete as required.
3. Supply & Refilling of cylinders with FM-200 Gas complete as & when required.
4. Supply & Replacement of FM - 200 Gas cylinder valve (CV-45 Kidde) i/c associated accessories, if any(as and when required) suitable for existing cylinder.
5. Hydrotesting of Cylinder as per CCOE (Chief Controller of explosive) rules at either Mumbai/Sonepat/Delhi CCOE approved laboratory(as and when required).
6. Supply of Refilling kits & binding plugs. (as & when required).
