Repair of Sluice valve/Non- return/Butterfly by taking out from site, dismantling, refacing, regrinding, repacking of stuffing box etc and fixing after necessary repair for smooth and leakage free operation and refixed at previous position incl rubber gasket at both flanged end,MS Nut bots,washer complete all as specified and directed for 80/100/150 mm valve.

Cutting GI/CI / DI / MS water pipe in position for insertions of new fittings such as Tee, bend collar etc as required complete all as specified and as directed up to 150 mm dia pipes.

Opening top cover of manhole by unscrewing the bolts of 45 cum/hrs capacity Oxidation chamber plant 800mm dia X 650 mm HOS, 3.5 Kg/mm2 pressure capacity ,unlloading the unsv MNO2 from upper portion of oxidation plant and disposal of unsv MnO2 within 100 metere radious from the existing filter plant and cleaning the inside chamber through chemical,brush etc and replacment of inactive MnO2 with fresh one complete all as entire satisfaction of complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cleaning the internal surfaces of RCC overhead reservoir of capacity 20000 gallon at 18 metre staging height by brooming and rubbing with coir brush, scraping with wire brushes, rubbing down scale, dirt, sludge etc. and washing with clear water using bleaching powder/caustic soda and taking out all rubbish from the reservoir and removing from the reservoir complete all as specified and as directed. Note: consumption of bleaching powder for cleaning of tank shall not be less than 15 Kg. after cleaning of tank date of claning will also written by contractor in bold letters.

Taking out existing submersible pump set of any capacity along with column pipe from the bore well and lowering the same after repairing the pump set including and reconnection all electric & mechanical connection. Note: (i) One lifting & one lowering shall be measured one job. (ii) Repair to pumps & motor and replacement of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Replacement of column pipe if required shall be measured & paid separately as supply only under respective item in this Schedule.

Dismantling carefully submersible pump and taking out/down and replacement of locknut, impeller key, collar ring, SS coupling nuts, bolts, washer and re-assembling the pump of capacity upto 10/12.5/15 HP and painting the pump set with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after scraping out old paint complete all as specified and directed. Overhauling of RO plant monoblock pumping set of capacity 1.2 HP, 1ph, 220V dismantling complete by opening the pump set form RO, cleaning of all parts i.e bushes bearing impellers, and replacement of coupling shaft seal and changing the Stainless steel casing of pump testing complete including re-installing at site and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of Microprocessor based Panel with provn for connectivity of 1ph high speed pressure pump(upto 5 HP) for Reverse Osmosis plant including taking out existing Panel, complete all as specified and directed.

Attending emergency breakdown for water supply equipments and resolving the same within 24 hrs of reporting of complaints through any media. Note: Materials for rectification work will be measured separately. Rs 500.00 per day will be charged as penalty in case of non-compliance or non-rectification of job.

M&L for cleaning of PVC product tank of capacity 100 ltr for RO plant with the help of suitable cleaning chemical and writing date of cleaning by synthetic paint all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance of Vaccum circuit Breaker, Make: Schnieder, 12.0 KV Grade (For each set of three), rated normal current(breaker) 400 Amps by licensed electrician including the following:- (a) Switiching off VCB and conforming that supply to incomming end is properly disconnecte. (b) Opening covers of the VCB and visual checking of epoxy housing and all parts for rust and wear. (c) Cleaning all parts of breaker compartment with appropriate chemical to remove dust and dirt and wipping of the envelop of the vacuum interrupeter and insulating material with a clean and dry cloths. (d) Lubricating of rotary sections and moving parts, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section etc by applying a small amount of grease/ petrolium jelly/ machine oil as applicable. (e) Checking of PTs, CTs control circuits, closing and tripping coil and all other parts. (f) Replacement of minor parts(rate deemed inclusive of the rate). Replacement of detective or less reliable parts from OEM (to be measured and paid separately under supply only items). (g) Cheaking auxilliary supply and control voltage, control circuits and tightening of all conections. Note : 1. After servicing of VCB, Health check up reports will be submitted.
