6.6 Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonary, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres.

10.40 Cement concrete 1:3:6 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size foundation and plinth.

Pipe Laying. 31.21 Supply and erection of pipe for wiring purposes including bends inspection boxes etc. where necessary and painting as required. 31.21(xxx) Supply and erection of PVC pipe of 6 kg. pressure laid 1 metre below ground level complete including digging refilling of the trench with jointing etc.

31.22 (Q) Earthing

31.22(i) Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top etc. as required.

31.22(ii) Extra for using salt and charcoal / coke for pipe earth electrode as required.

31.22(xix) Supply and erection of 20 mm x 3 mm thick G.I. tape fixed with suitable G.I. stapples of same size.

Under Ground Cables. 31.25 Supply and erection of under ground cable 1 metre below ground level covered with sand and bricks including necessary connections, digging and refiling of trenches. 31.25 (xxv) Ard. 25 Sq. mm 3.5 Core Cable .

31.67 Supply and erection of mark double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1Mtr. Below ground level including diging and refilling of earth including cost of sutiable size socket/cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

M.R. items Supply, erection, testing, installation of 62.5 KVA 3 phase 415 volts "water cooled" electric start, factory assembled, Diesel Generating set as per I.S10002/1960 and B.S 649 or the latest I.S specification alongwith instrument panel 1500 RPM and other standard accessories as supplied by the manufacturers but at least having following items/ requirement / specifications. As per approved make list. (A) ENGINE Engine should be of 1500 RPM, Vertical 4 stroke, 50 cycles, cold start, compressor ignition "Water cooled" diesel engine, complete with 12 volts electric starting arrangement capable of running 62.5 KVA contineous A.C. power under NTP condition suitable for 10% over load for one Hr. in 12 Hrs. running, consisting all standard accessories as supplied by the manufactures but at least including following:- Make: Greaves Cotton / Cummins / Ruston / Kirloskar Self Start dynamo Flexible coupling or with close coupling with guard suitable for coupling 62.5 KVA alternator.

Radiator. Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling. 1 No. air cleaner assembly. Lubricant oil pump. Lubricant oil filter. Lubricant oil cooler. Mico Bosch fuel injection system. Set of standard tools. ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL 1 No. battery charger ammeter. 1 No. lubricating oil temperature gauge meter.

Cut out. 12 Volts electric starting equipment with:- Starting switch with key. Starting motor 12 volts. Battery charging dynmo meter. Safety control (Trip) for low lubricant oil & high water temperature. Stop button. Lubricant oil pressure gauge. Coolent temperature gauge. ALTERNATOR 62.5 KVA 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 0.8 power factor,1500 RPM self excited, self regulated,screen protected alternator manufactured as per I.S 13364 and B.S 2613/ 1970 or the latest I.S specification with all standard accessories as supplied by manufacturer. Make: Crompton/Stanford/Jyoti/NGEF/Kirloskar ARRANGEMENT Engine and alternator, as above should be fixed on suitable baseframe of sturdy design made of channels with necessary reinforcement to take the load of engine and alternator and provided with 8 Nos dunlop make antivibrating pads.

(g) Under voltage relay for mains (h) Automatic battery charge for charging the battery from mains. This will be in addition to the battery charging alernator fitted on the engine (i) Instrument & control fuses (j) Five number indicating lamps to indicate mains "ON" load on mains, set running laod on set' and battery charger on'. (k) Audio visual alarm for' Low lubricating oil pressure', 'High water temperature (for water cooled), start failure, and DG over load". (l) Any other switch, instrument, relay or contractor etc. essential for smooth and trouble free functioning of DG set with AMF panel (to be specified by the tenderer in their offer with complete detail of the item) BATTERY AND LEADS 1 No. SMF Exide/Amron make 12 volts 25 plate150 AH capacity battery. with acid level indicating floator, battery stand, cell and lead to take off connection with suitable size of armoured cable of length required for the connection and suitable cable glands for making connection from alternator to control panel. Power/control cable of suitable size and length SOUND PROOF ENCLOSURE (CANOPY) The generator shall be in a sound proof (acoustic) enclosure suitable for diesel generating set complete in all respect having following specification/feature:-

Residential type silencer provided to lower the noise of exhaust outlet canopy treated for antirust with reputed brand of paint with primer and colour compund. fresh air inflow and proper ventilation. modular in construction and provided with lockable doors. the sound proof enclosure shall be strictly as per CPCB prevalent norms. the sheet thickness should be as per manufacturer's standard and as per CPCB norms.
