( PART-A :- Supply Portion)

(PART-A: Supply & ITC Portion ) Supply of 13 passenger (884 kgs) capacity microprocessor controlled Lift with Gearless machine serving different floors in the lift shaft as per detailed Technical specifications and requirements of lift installation, its components, safety devices, various types of controls and methods of operations etc. complete as per standard design conforming to the latest relevant Lift Act, relevant I.S. and safety standards etc as per following details:

(ix) Type of doors : (a) Car: Centre opening power operated door in SS Hairline Finish (b) Landing doors: Centre opening power operated door in SS Hairline Finish The landing door and car door shall be mechanically connected so as to open or close simultaneously. (x) A hand rail (rear side) of standard size in the lift car. (xi) Voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist-way as the car passes or stops at a floor served by the elevator (Tell Tale floor indications with floor announcement in English). ( PART-B :- ITC Portion)

Installation, testing and commissioning of above 13 passenger (minimum 408 Kgs), lift (item at Sr. No.1 above) with all components etc. complete as required, as per detailed Technical specifications and requirements of lift installation, its components, safety devices, various types of controls etc. complete as required and as per specifications & scope of work attached. Note: - It will be the responsibility of the firm to get the installation cleared from Lift Inspector in order to ensure that installation has been carried out as per relevant Lift Act and relevant I.S. and safety standards.

(PART-C: AMC Portion)

(PART-B: AMC Portion) Comprehensive Maintenance of 13 passenger lifts (884 kg), after free warranty period (i.e. 1 year after actual completion of work) including regularly and systematically examining, adjusting, lubricating and repairing plus replacing all spares including machine motor and controller and other parts, if any required etc complete as per terms, conditions and specifications attached. i) 13 passanger, 1.0 M/s Lift (G+7) floors

AMC for Second year (for 1 lift) Post warranty

AMC for Fourth year (for 1 lift)

AMC for Fifth year (for 1 lift)

(PART-C: Credit/sale of old Lifts i/c dismantling) Credit/ sale of Old lift 13 passenger (minimum 884 Kgs), of M/s KONE make serving G+7floors (with machine room) alongwith all components, including decommissioning and dismantling of old lift. The agency has to carry out minor civil work if any to make lift shaft ready for installation of new lifts. Note- 1) The existing lifts are scrapped but working & to be dismantled one by one as per instructions of Engineer-In Charge.) 2) Dismantled old lift material shall be the property of firm & the firm shall quote credit (-ve) amount for the old dismantled lift. The lowest bidder shall be decided on Total derived basic cost of new lift(PT-A & B) after deducting credit offered by firm for old lift(Part-C), i.e.( (PT-(A+B)-C), therefore firm must quote suitable credit value for old lift.
