Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7" /9" to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proof cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/ old /Newly patched surafce/prepared painted surface of wall and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per the following steps:- Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer's instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2 :- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations. Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface

M & L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 litre (undiluted)/ 10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & color stay technology. Excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ltr as per the LEEDS specifications, Antifungal / Anti Algai properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1 to 4 :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) The cost of scaffolding upto 2 to 3 story height of building shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) The contractor shall upload MOU letter with any one of approved manufacturer and also with their applicator alongwith their bid in cover-I failing which his bid will be rejected. Authorised applicator shall have vaild authrosation letter from the manufacturer (minimum regional HQs) and shall have been issued not less than 30 days from the date of commencement of the work. The suthorisation letter needs to be vaild for the complete period of execution of the painting work. (d) After preparation of the surface, Engr-in-Charge shall approve the same before appling primer and finishing coats. (e) Building wise stage passing register shall be maintained and shall be signed by Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (f) The equipments to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (g) Contractor shall submit 05 years warranty in Non-judicial stamp paper/ approved company card at the time of submission of RAR & Final Bill.

Taking down old any type description of Heritage ,Texture finished surface including preparation of surface and M & L for applying heritage/Texture finish surface such as fine flakes features/heritage flakes textures features/heritage granite finish/ heritage granules finish/ heritage surface textures/metallic/stone finishes/natural finishes/super matt paint finish/fine flakes /fine granules etc complete application process as per manufacturer’s recommendations in any tint design & pattern as approved by GE including bonding agent & top coat including trowelled on the surface on internal or external surfaces including matching with existing work including necessary scaffolding any height height as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Make :-(a) Unitile (b) Bakelite Hylam (Heritage). (c) Dulux (acratex)(d) Apex (Duracast). Note: All painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt

M&L for Writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high complete all and the colour of paint and dimension of letter to be used as approved by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, huphesn, brackets etc and the colour of paint and dimension of characters to be used as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered ,old/un decorated surfaces of wall edging/facia/roof projection surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying applying one coats of exterior weather coat paint and including one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) including necessary scaffolding any height if required at site including cleaning of drops, splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys bldgs height if required at site including cleaning of drops, splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy & removing of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,wall , concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary including cleaning of drops, splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint in any tint without any brush marks on the surface & matching with existing work over and including one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) including cleaning of drops, splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying applying two coats of Cement Base Paint in any tint over and including one coat of alkali resistant primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work ,wall, concrete surface of wall, surface even and smooth without using extra cement including cleaning of drops, splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller over one coat of alkali resistant primer smooth finish.etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceiling of roof slab ,fin, facia, culvert, chajjas, parapet and similar article etc finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including cleaning of drops, splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and application of three coats of white washing completed as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning, breaking, loose concrete, changing of corressive reinforcement and filling plain cement concrete 1 : 1.5 : 3 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate at places like chajja , sunchades , roof projection ,fascia ,etc coat including cleaning and braking and demolition as per direction by E-in-Charge Note :- (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Form work should be included in quoted rates up to 3 story buildings

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions,wall, arches, pillars,man-holes,drain, septic tank,soak well also in foul condition etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for burnt clay brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No.32 here-in-before but except bricks. NOTE: Old Serviceable bricks quantity retrieved from demolition shall be used.

Note :-The cost for steel tubular double scaffolding necessary for execution of painting work for all items and protective measures for height more than height of double/triple storey building as directed by Engr-in-charge shall be included in the quoted rate against the respective item and nothing shall be admisible extra for this.)

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 8,000.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
