General Note: a) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with 'Thiyyas' or 'Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge. b) Whenever the electrical contractor/ agency has to fix up switch boxes in walls, necessary Thiyyas or 'Dhadas' shall be arranged prior to plastering so that the electrical boxes are fixed properly in line with the finished plastered surfaces. c) Finishing around the junction boxes shall be done at all floor, level and position to the line, level and right angles as required while carrying out plastering work. d) No extra claim for consumption of plastering material shall be entertained by the department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams. e) Only Ready mix Mortar of approved make shall be used. f) Approved shade laminate shall be used for all the surfaces and matching edge binding shall used. g) Bidders are requested to visit the site to understand the scope of work before submission.h) Any damage made to the existing installations, flooring etc., shall be redone with out any extra payment to department.i) All construction debris generated during execution of works shall be disposed at the designated places identified by the statutory authorities. Quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same.j) The scope of work is a different levels and heights. Quoted rate shall be inclusive of multiple staging, scaffolding wherever functionally required. Extra cost for such arrangement will not be entertained.k) Construction water and power will be supplied by the department free of cost. Laying 1st quality Steel grey granite for the flooring with 16-18mm thick circular saw cut machine cut, machine polished on all exposed surfaces in pattern of all geometric shape as per drawings at all floors and levels as specified laid over M/s. MYK Laticrete 307 Adhesive as per manufactures specification including cleaning and preparing the surfaces and pointing with matching cement grouting to get uniform or equivalent make, including curing, cutting of stone slab, making cut outs, cleaning and finished to line, level, wastage at all levels, lead, heights in single stone bull nosing/ champhering/ half rounding for ledge wall etc. cleaning, curing complete including all materials making required grooves in concrete & masonry and making good after completion, labours etc., all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the EIC. ( Granite supplied by Department) In opening jambs & cill , facia etc.,( approximately width varies from 100mm to 150mm)

Providing and painting the internal plastered surfaces for walls, ceiling with two coat of weather coat long life of M/s. Berger paint or equivalent based on PU silicone technology over a coat of primer to withstand heavy rain and water repellent or equivalent having protection against fungal growth, flaking, fading, alkali and UV degradation and to give an even shade with required finish including cleaning the surfaces, applying one coat of primer, filling the crevices with approved filler with non shrink aquatic crack filler of M/s. Fosroc one coat of sealer and up to with scaffolding at all levels, heights, locations and lead, including preparing the surfaces, providing wall care putty in two or more coats to get uniform plain surface, line, level, scaffolding, double height staging, cleaning etc, at all floors, locations. Heights and lead etc., complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and painting the external plastered surfaces for walls, ceiling of new works and existing building at various locations & elevation with two coat of premium emulsion paint of M/s Asian/ Ms. Berger or equivalent over a coat of primer to give an even shade with required finish including cleaning the surfaces, applying one coat of primer, filling the crevices with approved filler with non shrink aquatic crack filler of M/s. Fosroc one coat of sealer and up to with scaffolding at all levels, heights, locations and lead, including preparing the surfaces, providing wall care putty in two or more coats to get uniform plain surface, line, level, scaffolding, double height staging, cleaning etc, at all floors, locations. Heights and lead etc., complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying the internal surfaces for walls, ceiling of the existing building at various locations and elevation with one or more coat of (1.5mm Thick approximately) with cement based wall care putty of M/s. Birla white /M/s Berger or equivalent at all floors and location. Plastered surfaces finished smooth to correct line and level, plain, plumb etc., including preparing surface, scaffolding ,double height/ multi level staging, cleaning, lead, smoothen the putty surfaces with very fine water proof emery paper on not less than 500 number to get a smooth glossy finish etc., complete all as per drawing ,manufacturer's specifications, and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors integrated approved silver anodized aluminium section/ profiles [extruded]/slim profile sections for all types of aluminium glazed partition works for office/fixed partitions, curtain walls, structural glazing, sliding windows, doors, expansion joint covering (sheet of min 4mm thick bent to shape) lockable windows as per drawing of approved manufactures with extruded sections of Jindal /Hindalco/Ecube and glass of M/s. Saint Gobain or Asahi etc,. sections for all openings for frames, door shutters, fixed/openable/sliding windows and louvers [including wastages if any] conforming to relevant I.S specifications all as shown in the drawing, including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary aluminium anodized screws, grouting the gap with approved PUF/beaker rod and silicon sealant with all arrangements like weather strips, clips etc. to make them completely waterproof and free from rattling and all standard accessories like locks, handles, hinges, screws, floor springs, patch locks, S.S. fasteners, nails etc., complete generally as per drawings, specifications and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (1) Shop drawings shall be submitted and got approved before commencement of furniture works. Note: (2) Quoted rate shall hold good for addition & alteration work of existing curtain wall. Items will be measured under relevant item for payment. Anodized aluminium sections with minimum 20 micron natural aluminium shade anodizing for all aluminium works. Note : Aluminium section shall be well protected with protection film all-round till completion of erection & commissioning.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick plain glass for all geometrical shape and as per the site condition. All cutting edges of the glass shall be grinded properly for handling etc.,

Providing and fixing minimum heavy duty minimum 100 kg load bearing floor spring set ( Top and bottom units) M/s Everite/ Ozone or equivalent approved make etc., complete

Providing and fixing patch lock of suitable for 12mm thick glass M/s. Ozone/ M/s Enox or equivalent approved make etc., complete.

Providing and fixing a set of 300mm length S.S. handle suitable for 12mm thick glass M/s. Ozone/ M/s Enox or equivalent approved make etc., complete.

Providing and fixing frameless 12mm thick clear toughened glass door including approved aluminium fish profiled section of approximate size 90mm X 40mm including end cap, etc., all materials and labour at all levels, lead & lift at all heights. Note : Aluminium profiled section will be measured and paid under relevant item.

Providing and fixing frameless glass partition for connecting corridor IT rack of approximate size of 2000mm X 2400mm consisting of fixed panel of approximate 400mm on either of door opening of approximate size 1200mm.The glass shall be 12mm thick clear toughened for fixed Panel and door including necessary S.S patch fittings for fixing the glass panel to floor and ceiling , Patch lock for door, Floor springs, transparent silicon/PVC door side seal strip, 300mm length handle etc., of approved make viz M/s Ozone/ M/s Hettich/M/s Ebco etc., including drilling holes for suitable size for fixing anchor fastners etc., all materials and labour at all levels, lead & lift at all heights as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing modular book shelf, Linear work/table, storage units and under/above counter storage boxes and all height storages units, etc., for the following (With open and close type) at all heights in all floors etc., using minimum 16 mm/18mm thick (wherever specified) approved quality MR grade calibrated plywood as per latest revision of IS 303 /25mm thick prelaminated particle / HDF water proof board of M/s. Kit ply/M/century/M/s. Greenlam for all-round boxing, shutter, shelves and frame with approved colour and make 0.80mm thick laminate of approved shade for all surfaces properly framed and jointed, including labour charges approved brand hardware's, locking arrangement, etc complete, including cost of labour for fixing building hardware like profile handles, Magnetic catcher, suitable soft closing box/ cabinet hinges, Locks with keys of M/s. Godrej Keys etc., complete as per specifications including providing and fixing 2mm thick PVC edge binding M/s Rehau or M/s LG PVC lipping of suitable width on all cut edges matching to approved laminate, wooden plugs, SS star headed screws, nails, Including fixing with suitable M/s. Hilti or M/s. Fisher India or M/s. Wurth SS anchor bolts. etc., complete with all lead and lift all as per detailed drawing and as directed by EIC. Note : 1). All furniture's shall be modular type with customised to sizes as per the actual dimension available at site for each unit. 2). Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all fittings & fixtures/ accessories & wastages. 3). Quoted rate shall hold good for furniture's of all shapes & sizes in straight/curvilinear and any geometric shape.4) Shop drawings shall be submitted and got approved before commencement of furniture works. 5) Elevation OR Plan area will be measured for linear work station and storage units, pedestal as applicable for making payment. 6). Higher thickness of MS section will be accepted without and additional cost. Storage -1 The size of storage unit is approximately 4140mm(L) x 420mm (D) and 2400mm height made out of minimum 16mm thick MR grade calibrated Plywood confirming to IS 303 and 0.8mm approved laminated on all surface. The storage unit shall have 5 equal sized partitions of inner dimension 800mm with 4 Nos intermediate vertical partitions equally placed. The glazed door shatter shall be jointless by making required size cutout in single ply with 4mm thick glass fixed at centre of the cutout. The glazed shutters shall have top rail 100mm, bottom rail 125mm and 2 intermediate cross rails 75mm cut to shape in single ply panel including suitable size teak wood beading around the glass and polishing the teak wood beading to match with the laminate. The thickness of glass shall be 4mm. Each shutter shall be provided with 4 Nos S.S soft closing cabinet/box hinges of M/s Godrej/M/s Ebco/M/s Ozone/M/s. Hettich/ or equivalent. The storage unit shall be provided with 5 Nos of adjustable/fixed shelves as the instruction etc., including providing locking arrangement of approved make, recessed skirting of 75mm , heavy duty floor leveller etc., all as per detailed drawing and as directed by EIC.

Storage -2 &3 The size of storage unit is approximately 1725mm(L) x 530/500mm (D) and 2400mm height made out of minimum 16mm thick MR grade calibrated Plywood confirming to IS 303 and 0.8mm approved laminated on all surface. The storage unit shall have 2 equal sized partitions of inner dimension 800mm with 1 No intermediate vertical partitions equally placed. The glazed door shatter shall be jointless by making required size cutout in single ply with 4mm thick glass fixed at centre of the cutout. The glazed shutters shall have top rail 100mm, bottom rail 125mm and 2 intermediate cross rails 75mm cut to shape in single ply panel including suitable size teak wood beading around the glass and polishing the teak wood beading to match with the laminate. Printer pedestal : The pedestal box unit shall be of approximate size 600mm W x 600mm D x 750mm height made out of minimum 16mm thick MR grade calibrated ply all-round confirming to IS 303. All the edges of the pedestal unit shall be provided with 2mm thick PVC edge binding and the storage pedestal shall consist of 3nos of drawers (Top drawer shall be of 150mm high middle and bottom drawers shall be of 200mm high and 300 mm height respectively) including 3 in 1 lock, 100mm SS "C" handles, 3 nos. 2 Nos with break (Product No 1/5/P50-PB) and 2 Nos without break (Product No 1/5/P50-P) swivel castors 50mm dia fumed finish for M/s Ebco or equivalent and set of drawer sliding SS telescopic channels etc., of approved make. All complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer- In-Charge.

Providing and fixing L shaped working table with side credenza unit and flap door as per the following: of approximate size of table 1900mm(L) x 750mm(W) and 750 (H)mm & credenza of approximate size of 1325mm(L)x 450mm (W)x 750mm(H) including 3 Nos door shutter and 1 Nos shelf and a top openable flap door of size 450mm x750mm and bottom vertical flap of approximate size 750mmx750mm including locking arrangement 18 mm thick calibrated MR grade Plywood conformant to IS 303 approved viz M/s. Kit ply/M/s.Century/M/s. Green ply with 18mm ply wood support as per drawing and functional requirement and stability including modular/custom made office table/work station tables, including standard modesty panel including underneath/above table concealed raceways for electrical wiring/ installation along the modesty panel and suitable wire manager below the table, necessary cutout for popup boxes, arrangement for fixing electrical modular boxes etc., including approved brand S.S hardware's, Soft closing box hinges of openable shutter, etc complete, including all as per drawing as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Linear working table of approximate size of table 4600mm(L) x 600mm(W) and 750 (H)mm & 3600mm(L) x 650mm(W) and 750 (H)mm using 18 mm thick calibrated plywood confirming to IS 303 of M/s. Kit ply/M/s.Century/M/s. Green ply with Ply wood support at 1200C/C/C as per functional requirement and stability including including standard modesty panel with cable wire manager of approximate size 100mm/125mm height X 65mm thick as cable/wire manager unit including standard modesty panel with ergonomically designed profiled aluminium frame consisting of pinup board, magnetic board writing board all along and 4mm lacquered/ colour coated glass partition between work stations with approved brackets etc., and concealed raceways box below & above table for electrical wiring works/ installation along the modesty panel and suitable wire manager below the table, necessary cutout for popup boxes, arrangement for fixing electrical modular boxes etc., including approved brand hardware's etc complete, including all etc., complete as drawing as directed by EIC.

Work station Pedestal : Shall be of approximate size 450mm W x 450mm D x 650mm height made out of minimum 16mm thick MR grade calibrated ply all-round confirming to IS 303. All the edges of the pedestal unit shall be provided with 2mm thick PVC edge binding and the storage pedestal shall consist of 3nos of drawers (Top drawer shall be of 150mm high middle shall be of 200mm high and bottom drawer shall be 300 mm height. Drawer bottom shall be with both side laminated 8mm thick MR grade plywood as detailed as detailed including 3 in 1 lock, 100 S.S "C" handles, 3 nos. 2 Nos with break (Product No 1/5/P50-PB) and 2 Nos without break (Product No 1/5/P50-P) swivel castors 50mm dia fumed finish for M/s Ebco or equivalent and set of drawer sliding SS telescopic channels etc., of approved make. All complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer- In-Charge.

Providing, fabricating and fixing suspended type modular grid false ceiling with acoustic mineral Fiber board as per manufacturer's specifications including the cost of all material, labour, wastage, scaffolding, tools and plants all complete as per following technical parameters, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. General requisites: Grids width: 15mm the (Similar to Silhouette with Black reveal of Armstrong or at par quality of approved manufacture). The main Runners & cross Tees to have "Quick-Release clip" system made of corrosion- protected high tensile steel or approved equivalent. Proprietary supplied ceiling suspension system to consist of 2mm or 3mm GI suspension rod / wire with adjustable butterfly clip or adjustable threaded "J" bolt of 3mm dia securely affixed to structural ceiling using soffit angle fixing bracket and 10mm dia hook type anchor fastener. Ceiling suspension system to be fixed at interval (grid) of 1200mm in both directions. Proprietary supplied Grid System to consist of main runners @ 1200mm and joined by cross tees @ 600mm to form overall grid opening of 600mm x600mm including making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs, making trap doors at suitable interval etc. Trap doors to be paid under relevant item) and providing additional frame around the same. Providing, fabricating and fixing of suspended false ceiling all-round along walls with approximate varying width from 300mm to 575mm consisting of 12.5mm thick Gypsum plaster board of M/s Saint gobain suspended on GI framework with staggered joints. GI framework to consist of GI perimeter channels 0.55mm thick 20mm x 30mm along perimeter of false ceiling of ceiling, screw fixed to wall / partition with nylon sleeves and screws @ 600mm c/c. Suspending GI intermediate channels of size 0.9mm thick 45mm x 15mm from the soffit at max dist 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle 0.55mm thick 25mm x 10mm fixed to soffit using proprietary supplied GI cleats and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section shall be 0.55mm thick web size 51.5mm and flanges 26mm each and 10.5mm lips are fixed to perpendicular to intermediate channel @ 457mm c/c using connecting clips.

Providing and pasting self adhesive dusted/frosted film over the glass panel in single piece of approved colour and make of/s Garvare, M/s Birla 3M, M/s Lumar, M/s Ultra mark or equivalent including the glass cleaning, removing and refixing hardware if necessary etc., complete as per the specification etc., complete.

Allied works : Designing, providing, fabricating installing exterior grade Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) of " ALUCOBOND International" or equivalent for aluminium PH shaft covering works in all geometric shape including necessary aluminium section with ready made anodized section in plain & Circular works etc., of all sizes as per actual site requirement, based on the conceptual architectural elevation drawings at all levels, lifts including scaffolding and multi level staging, with required fixtures and fittings, jointing and sealing with silicon sealant, etc., comprising of the following etc. all complete as directed by the EIC. (i) 4mm thick (0.5mm Aluminium foil+3 mm PE core+0.5mm Aluminium foil) comprising of 100% virgin Polyethylene (PE) core of 25 micron anodised sheet of 3000 Hindalco series alloy including 25 to 30 micron PVDF colour coating of approved shade. (iii) Silicon sealant DC 789/793 of DOWCORNING USA or G.E Silicon USA /WACKER Germany including fixing suitable size backer rod at all joints between panels. Note:- 1.Quoted rate shall include supply & fabrication, including all materials, labour for completion of entire job. Providing samples, mock-ups, cost of testing the materials, taking actual site measurements and modifying and coordinating with site. 2.Rate quoted shall be measured in Sqm of the finished exposed surface. 3.The entire ACP system shall be done in the from of panels fixing with S.S screws for ceiling frame with silicon sealant around periphery. 4.Quited rate shall inclusive of providing additional stiffener for panel to avoid buckling wherever necessary along with required fittings & fixtures. 5.Quoted rate shall be inclusive of aluminium sub frame of section 50mm x 25mm as a supporting frame for fixing ACP as directed by EIC.

Supplying and fixing in position at all floors anodized aluminium extruded section of M/s Jindal/ M/s Hindalco for expansion joint assembly of M/s Arpita or equivalent including a pair of 2mm thick base frame profile and 200mm wide x 4mm thick top cover plate of over, Centring bar, S.S screws, water barrier capable of withstanding 30 ton load, suitable adhesive for fixing the water barrier, sealing the joints/gaps with structural silicon etc. all complete generally as per specifications etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and plastering 20 mm thick sand face plaster in two coats for brick/ concrete surfaces (external / internal) (back coat and finishing coat of 10 mm. thick each) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications. Using factory manufactured pre mix/ ready mix of 'Build Well ready mix plaster' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Dry mix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd.or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of Cement : Sand as 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces in plain/curved surfaces and all geometric shapes and sizes including making plaster grooves, plaster bands of specificized sizes if any, final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary and making nosing / drip mould in plaster wherever required, at all floors, levels, all heights and locations including scaffolding/ multi level staging, preparing the surfaces, finishing and rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing/ chemical curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply & fixing all types of Structural steel fabrication work for the following using M/s. Sail OR M/s.Tata welded, riveted, bolted in built up sections for spiral stair case, railings and framed work suspenders, supports, portals frames etc., for spiral stair case & railing following at all floors and locations, heights, including scaffolding, bracing, multi level staging, lead etc., gazettes plate, base plate etc. Using specified structural steel sections like angles, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, sheets Channel/I sections tubes section/pipes, joists, bolts & nuts,M.s rods, threaded U/J bolts, washers, suitable size anchor fasteners of M/s Hilti or approved make for concrete and masonry, drilling holes in concrete & masonry etc., including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, bending to shape,( curved), wastages, hoisting/ erecting, fixing in position, making holes/chases wherever required and fixing /embedding in position in concrete/brick work with necessary hold fasts/ supporting plates, cleats, gazette plate, screws & rawl plugs and finishing the concrete/ brick work after fixing/ embedding including painting one coat Zinc chromate primer over shop coat of approved anticorrosive primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces over a coat of approved steel primer etc. Complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed.

(b) M.S structural steel supplied by the department including (Quote only fabrication charges etc.,)

Modification to existing to existing aluminium glass partition by by altering the fixed panels and introducing door shutter to terrace including providing and supplying new aluminium aluminium profile matching to existing extruded section, glazing clips, glazing plates etc., using aluminium extruded profiles/sections of Jindal /Hindalco/Ecube for all aluminium works including silver anodized with minimum 20 micron (for all aluminium sections) including wastages if any conforming to relevant I.S specifications all as shown in the drawing, including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary aluminium anodized screws, including all fittings and fixtures viz floor spring set , handle , lock etc., complete as directed by EIC. Note : Aluminium profile section will be measured and paid under relevant item 5.1 Providing and fixing 6mm thick toughened glass for all geometrical shape and as per the site condition for openable shutter. All cutting edges of the glass shall be grinded properly for handling etc.,

Drilling / Cutting cores of dia 75mm in RCC/Size stone/ cement block masonry walls, slabs etc. up to 150mm thick by using mechanical device, core cutting drill machine at all heights, locations and level including all materials, labourers, tools, tackles & scaffolding complete and disposing off the concrete blocks and debris generated from above to the nearby dumping yards as specified, unloading, stacking, spreading levelling etc. complete and collecting & cleaning the water used for cutting the concrete keeping the area neat & tidy complete and all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying & fixing expansion board of Dura board HD100 PE filler board of 50mm thick of M/s. Supreme or equivalent manufactures polymer compressible expansion joint filler board to sides of columns/beams/slabs etc., to correct line , level, cutting, positioning , supporting, scaffolding/double staging if any at all heights & leads including cost of material, adhesive, nails, hooks, labour, wastages etc., all as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick flush door shutter including providing 1mm thick white colour lamination on the both surface of approved make viz, M/s Merino/M/s Century/M/s Greenlam or equivalent matching to wall colour including pasting with fevicol adhesive and providing 30mmX6mm external teak wood flipping all-round and finishing smooth and painting the lipping with 2 coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer, including all fittings & fixtures, hardware viz 1 No complete set of Mortise lock with approved handle, lock body etc., with 3 duplicate keys of M/s Godrej /M/s. Hafele/M/s Hettich/M/s ozone or equivalent make all as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick colour coated/ lacquered glass cut to for all geometrical shape and size for workstation partition of approximate size of 600mm X 300mm and to match with actual site dimension. All cutting edges of the glass shall be polished properly to give uniform finish. The glass partition shall be fixed with "Table Partition Clamp 3 (With Screw & ST Insert) model No TPC3-412 suitable for 4mm to 12mm thick glass with approved colour of M/s Ebco or equivalent , S.S screws and other hardware's etc., including all labour & material, wastages etc, complete as per the speciation's and as directed by EIC.

Providing, and applying waterproofing surface treatment to the existing stone cladding areas after necessary surface preparation as under: Surface Preparation: Taking out the old motor from the existing stone joints with chisel/brush/hacking hammer with suitable tool & tackle. Appling Nitibond SBR of M/s Fosroc/ Nerolac Perma Super 2K of M/s.Nerolac for the vertical and horizontal joints. Providing and filling M/s. Bal endura grout powder ( Bal endura grout powder shall be mixed with M/s. Fosroc nitobond SBR with 1: 2 (1 Nito bond SBR liquid : 2 Bal endura grout powder)) for the vertical and horizontal joints for a depth of at least 5-8mm and an width of 5-6mm. The same joints shall be trimmed out to a uniform thickness using emery paper after setting and curing the grout powder. The entire surface shall be treated two or more coats using M/s. Fosroc Nitocote SN 522/ Perma treat of M/s.Nerolac Colourless Silicone water repellent by spraying with compressor machine at all heights, locations and lead etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Electrical & HVAC works: Supplying and installation of insulated refrigerant copper tubing of thickness not less than 0.8 mm (21 SWG)as per the suitable size as per the manufacturer of the unit Leak testing oil and gas charging for the additional piping length of the tube at a level and heights as directed by EIC.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia PVC pipe of approved make for draining condensation water of 4-6 kg/cm including all pipe accessories viz, bend, elbow, T, and Collar/ reducer collar etc., including fixing with GI clamps at every 450mm at all level & height as directed by EIC.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable trays(Galvanised Thickness should be 100-125 GSM) with perforation not more than 17.5% in convenient sections, joined with connectors, with all accessories, 6mm dia GI suspenders or required length, drilling hole in RCC members, fixing from ceiling with GI. suspenders including bolts & nuts etc., all as directed by EIC. Size: 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness Note : The price of the Installation should be inclusive of Chipping, Making Hole in wall, concrete and floor along with covering/packing with concrete and plaster as per the instruction EIC

Supply and Installation testing of PVC Insulated FRLS 3C X 4.0 sqmm input power supply cable copper wiring either of indoor/outdoor AC unit.

Supply and Installation testing of PVC Insulated FRLS 4C X 2.5 sqmm input power supply cable for Communication copper wiring between indoor and outdoor AC unit.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 2- 2.2 TR Inverter Cassette type split Air conditioners M/s.Diakin/M/s.Mithshubishi/ M/s.Toshiba or equivalent indoor and outdoor units mounted on suitable angle iron support, suitable for operation on single phase AC supply, hermetically sealed compressor with air-cooled condenser motor capacitor start, capacitors run relay and overload protection, one ceiling-mounted indoor unit and one outdoor condenser unit including A.C wall bracket stand/Floor Stand( As per site condition) for Outdoor unit, standard accessories covered with insulation tube including battery-operated cordless remote unit. BEE 5 star Rated Inverter etc, including necessary supporting and staging at all hights and leads, drilling holes, ss screws, bolts and nuts, all accessories, wastages if any as directed by EIC.
