Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) .

Dismantling of brick work /stone boulders built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and paving etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks Type C1 1:3:6, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortar (1:6) mortar, complete.

Ditto --- All as per item No 4 but except PCC blocks

M&L for plain Cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall, ceiling etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in coping, bed blocks and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered and throating as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
