REPAIR/MAINT TO DRAINAGE SYSTEM, SEWAGE SYSTEM, PATH, HARD STANDING AND ALLIED SERVICES AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS IN ZONE B OF GE (AF) TECH AREA AND REPAIR / REPLACEMENT AND MAINT OF FLAME PROOF INTERNAL WIRING / ELECTRICAL FITTING / FIXTURES, FANS IN OTM

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks bricks (using old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise spcifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning out manhole covers/gully traps of any type and any depth removing the sludge/solid content from the manhole/gully trap by manual/ mechanical method and also cleaning the sewage line of any dia and at any depth either by water pressure or by any other flushing or roding and other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements so as to remove the blockage and making the sewer lines and manhole/gully trap fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Desilting of septic tank/soakage pit of any size, type.capacity and any depth by adopting necessary safety measures / equipments and removing the sludge/solid content from the septic tank/soakage pit by manual/ mechanical method or any other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements and make the septic tank/soakage pit fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage IWC, EWC, Wash Basin, gully trap, floor trap etc either by hand pump or by rodding or by any other means untill clear flow is observed all as specified and as directed by Engr -in Charge
